This company are a waste of time.
They have now moved on from using DHL to Amazon and they still fail to deliver.
My order was out for delivery 3 times and returned to the depot three times.
When I complained to customer service they told me to be patient. I was told I could ring again for a discount after my item arrived. I have sent numerous emails and I have received a long catalogue of excuses but no discount. Apparently they have no senior management and no complaints procedure, according to their “customer advisor”
I would urge potential customers to proceed with caution

They use DHL to make their deliveries. I’ve had parcels stolen and ‘lost’. Speaking to Aosom customer services is a waste of time. I’ll never order off them again, I’ve lost money and all they are fixated on is filling a form in that they continually say is completed wrong but won’t tell you what is wrong.
My advice avoid at all costs

Terrific response and delivery. Product as described. Great value.

Ordered parasol, base and cover all delivered on time and delivered with care. Great price and good quality, certainly use again
