Great site to find apartments! We were from out of state and it listed places we never would have considered.

Excellent resource - especially for someone considering relocation to Bay area and usefull to sent to candidates or future emmployees relocating to the area.

Apartment List gives me the latest updates on availability of spaces that suit my needs. My mailbox isn't full of messages that don't apply to my circumstances. Thank you for the help in my search for an appropriate home.

I was looking for apartments for about a month and was really getting no where. One day I happen to find Apartment List. I started going through the apartments that were suggested. The apartment complex started calling me. About a week later I found an apartment.

Very helpful site with accurate updates and recommendations. I would not mind if the messages about price drop and increases could be left out.

It's a great tool for apartment hunting. Only complaint is too many listings of university shared housing or apartment units.

This is where I found the apartment we live in now although we were in a hurry. I believe there are many more apartments in the area. A larger selection would have been helpful.

What's going on... Can't keep us in the right frame of price

None of those apartments buildings complex that I went to, haven’t update new prices. For example, one apartment complex in Brandon, Florida is 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms are $1,165. But leasing office told me it was incorrect and correct is $2,100. This company apartmentlist.com need to reach out to many apartments complex to correct prices. It frustrating me that those leasing office refused to honor their mistake for rent price for 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms with one bathroom or two bathrooms. Also, I went to townhouse apartment, I fell in love with it but there is no fine print that this townhouse apartment are on rent war between me and other five people. One time I found good price for apartment, turned out to be scam. I wish apartmentlist.com staff should done their homeworks to check with those people.

I know that this apartmentlist.com is excellent. Just wish they keep update on rent prices than waste my time to come to leasing offices.

I found some affordable housing .my only problem Im now looking for 4 bedroom and your app. don't allow me to search for that

I haven't used this website in awhile. This is mainly due to the level of my current income; unfortunately, there just don't happen to be many apartments in my current price range.

However, using this website helped me, in part, to stay focused on a search for an apartment. I'm very grateful to have received access to an affordable apartment; I moved in mid-December 2021.

So. I will keep this website in mind, since I may be choosing to move again in the future; I continue to work on developing legitimate, additional income streams, in part, for that purpose.

I was notified of all changes, almost in real time! The other app websites were cumbersome and sometimes confusing. Frustrated I had come to believe I was wasting my time. Until I found Apartment List, I have found my new home! Thank you
