An amazing UX and good selection of propoerties
Apartment list was significantly better compared to the other sites out there. The apartment experience and offers displayed were close to the actual propoerty and made it easy for me to decide between various competitive choices. The AI is a topping on the cake that helped me browse through my preferences with ease.

A one-star rating and I'm not giving…
A one-star rating and I'm not giving any other rental listing service more than that at this time. I've been spinning on the hamster wheel because the listings are NOT UPDATED DAILY. In fact none of them are. In Phoenix Arizona where there's an extreme housing shortage there is no updated information on any of the platforms whatsoever. It is a waste of time. Hours and hours each week I've spent going over the listings making my list and sending email inquiries as well as calling. Not one property in 2 months has confirmed that they had availability for the apartment I was looking for or just a floor plan, any floor plan that might suit my needs. If you ask me this is just a waste of time and we are normalizing that waste of time. This is ridiculous.

With most properties on our platform, we have direct integrations with their system that updates the pricing and availability multiple times a day. However, for some of our smaller buildings those integrations are with data providers and while we perform initial data validations we do rely on them to keep those listings up to date. It was so much easier to find a nice apartment with their help. They have filters that work for anything you might be looking for, this makes the list very precise in showing you exactly what you’re looking for.

Why I like my apartment complex
Apartment in great shape when I moved in. Things needing repair are worked on quickly. Manager very polite & professional. Grounds kept nice. Tenants are nice too.
