It's expensive and while picking up the car machine showed me 360 euro while i pre paid 180 euro... System was wrong but likely remote contact passed me w/o any excuse or explanation

No issues with entering the Parking garage, the license plate was detected automatically. Besides that our car had no dents/scratches etc. from being parked 7 nights in there.

It was my first time parking there
It was my first time parking there. The parking was expensive for 4 days, but I had to do it due to last-minute travel. Everything was good and clear. I needed help with paying the extra cost because my flight was cancelled and I had to come back one day later. I was able to find the staff quickly, and they solved the problem right away.

Unexpected Penalty After Expensive Stay
I paid €104 for 2 days, and even though this is a very high amount, upon my return I found a €55 fine for a parking violation. There was no reference to which rule I had violated, despite having sent an email to customer service.
