Last time I bought from this company I…

Last time I bought from this company I had no problems , however this time the part arrived on time but then I no longer needed the item as the oven had completely broke so I emailed your company 3 times as I couldn't find a phone number as I wanted to return the item within the 14 days and no one got back in touch with me so was very disappointed as I am now stuck with a part I don't need

No Quibble

I needed a replacement part for an appliance. All I had to do was send a photo of the damaged part and it was dealt with immediately. I received professional and friendly service from Amy and the part turned up the very next day. Exceptional I'd say.

Carbon filters are only required for recirculating installations. Around 60% of customers have their cooker hood ducted externally, meaning they don’t need carbon filters at all. Including them with every appliance would lead to unnecessary waste for many households.

Additionally, carbon filters naturally wear out over time and need to be replaced regularly to maintain performance, which is why they are treated as a consumable rather than a warranty covered part.

Outstanding customer service.

The item I had bought - a scarifier - was damaged accidentally in transit. I contacted the company seeking spare parts to replace. I was immediately told that the item was under warranty and could be repaired at no charge. Impressive . Moreover, the item could be collected, repaired and returned at no cost. There was an issue with the courier but this was swiftly dealt with by a phone call and personal service resumed.
The returned item has been delivered.
I want to thank Apelson for their outstanding service and in particular the staff who dealt with my concerns. Much appreciated!!

Product not as expected

Filters were not carbon filters which was what I expected and not value for money.

They perform the same odour-filtering function as traditional carbon filters, while allowing greater airflow, which helps improve the overall performance of the appliance.

Very helpful company

Very helpful company. The original suggested part came but was incorrect and the company arranged a free collection and sent the alternative correct part. Yes I would use this company again.
