An incorrect part was despatched despite a photograph of the damaged part having been provided to the kitchen company. Who assured me it had been forwarded with their email.
We waited a further week for the correct part to be delivered, only to realise there were no screws holding the 3 centre bars in place.
By which point we gave up and accepted the part, intending to move the screws ourselves.

Great customer service each and every I call. They’re very helpful and always answer the phones quickly.
I ordered a replacement glass top for my induction hob and although it was despatched and received quickly, it was damaged in transit.
I emailed Kingfisher/Apelson about the issue and received a swift and positive response from Taylor at Apelson, both apologising for the issue and notifying that a replacement had been processed for delivery.
I received the replacement unit the next day.
It's great to see a company that resolves an issue both swiftly and without any drama, all within 5 days of my original order.
Have not managed to resolve the issue - couldn't provide the spare part.
