No returns policy outside if 30 days!
I have a faulty a100 camera and can't get any returns details.
Avoid this scamming company.

Regarding policy issues,

1. We do provide a 30-day return period, but we also provide a one-year warranty, if the camera is defective, we will be responsible for it and give you the most suitable solution.

2. We are sorry to learn that your A100 camera is out of warranty now, if you are willing to trust us again, we are willing to offer you a discount to buy a new one again.

Very bad quality

Bought an apeman 4k A77 action cam off Amazon. On arrival everything appeared fine.
BUT
On reading the instructions and then charging the camera it just wouldn't boot up beyond the initial 'splash screen". There's no hard reset function and unfortunately I'm having to return this brand new item which obviously had not gone through any manufacturing quality control to check it's operability otherwise I wouldn't have to be returning it.
The A77 cam is therefore not of merchantable quality as it will not turn on beyond the apeman splash screen,or allow you to access any function or menu and so I would recommend not buying into apeman action cams and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Please forgive me for replying to you so late, given the issue you mentioned, here are our answers for you:

1. The camera does not have a hard reset function, if your camera is stuck on the "Apeman" page when you turn it on, you can take out the battery, and then plug in the charging cable, connecting the camera with your computer, to see whether it can be turned on. Better connecting it with pc with the original USB cable.

2. Or take out the SD card to see whether it can be turned on and work normally[with battery].

Above are two possible solutions, you could have contacted our support team to get them, but I feel pitifu to hear that you have already returned the camera.

Please trust us that if the product has any defect, we will be responsible for this and try our best to help you, you won't lose anything.

Do not recommend!!!

To begin with, I was not expecting a top performance, after all, you get what you pay for. Firstly bought a 4K action camera from Apeman it had a manufacturing issue with the sensor, doesn't matter I got refunded. Months later I was going on a Europe road trip and decided to get extra insurance in the form of a dashcam, bought the best that Apeman offers. Done the road trip, came back, 5-6 months after, the purchasing date the camera battery died. From there 1-month emails back and forward, in which I've send a couple of videos very clearly demonstrating the fault, but apparently, their customer's service is some kind of a bot, because it is not possible for someone to be so stupid. Trying to convince me that the device is working, when they have video footage proving it is not. Eventually, they've stopped replying to my emails. After complaining to Amazon, they've dealt very professionally and a full refund is on the wey. I am aware this is Chinese, it is cheap, but at least when you manufacture and sell it be professional to confess it and deal with customers problems. Here is not China, the market is different, so try to adapt if you want to survive...

I bought an Apeman C550 dash cam from…

I bought an Apeman C550 dash cam from Amazon. It developed a problem with looping. Meaning, it would not record in a proper sequence. What it eventually meant is that when I had a significant car accident the camara did not record anything. So I say stay away from this company. It is a fake company that delivers faulty products.

Dear Alfonso, please forgive me for replying to you so late, given the issue you mentioned, here are our answers for you:

1. Please make sure that the loop recording function is on, the newest video will automatically overwrite the oldest one when the SD card meets its maximum capacity.

2. There is also a function named G sensor in this cam, the cam will lock the current video when there is a sudden collision/shake and the locked videos won't be overwritten even in loop recording.

So we do suggest to format the SD card regularly and set the sensibility of the G sensor to a lower value to prevent there is too much locked video taking up the storage space.

And if the product has any defect, we will be responsible for this and try our best to help you, you won't lose anything.

In addition, if you think we have any room for improvement, please let us know and we will strive to do better based on your feedback.

Was given an Apeman C570 dashcam for my birthday

Was given an Apeman C570 dashcam for my birthday. After twelve months it simply stopped working (hung at the launch screen). Apeman customer support would not help other than to offer to sell me a new C660 dashcam and then, in return for testing it and giving it a 5 star online review, they would refund me the purchase price. Tempting, but not fair and I could not say ‘good things’ until I knew that the new one would continue working for more than twelve months.

Looking for a review? - be aware of online reviewers giving long glowing reviews as they could be incentives to get new replacements for their previous purchased broken or defective dashcam!

And so 18 months later I receive a reply!!!
In response: why take so long?
1. For sure I tried everything, including your obvious suggestion, to reset the dash cam.
2. I would like to accept your offer of reimbursement, thank you.
3. In general, it is unacceptable that a product fails after only 12 months.
4. Comments are voluntary and reviews are not forced, I agree, BUT YOU OFFERED TO REFUND ME FOR PURCHASING A REPLACEMENT CAMERA, ONLY IF I REVIEWED IT AND THEN GAVE IT A 5 STAR POSTING. WHAT YOU DID WAS AN ATTEMPT TO BRIBE ME in order to get a replacement for my faulty dash cam.

I look forward to hearing back from you again …in another 18 months time! Thank you.

1. If the dash cam is stuck, you can try to remove the SD card and reset the machine. If this method doesn't fix it, the device is malfunctioning.

2. But C570 is an old model, so please forgive our team for recommending C660 for you at that time, which is the latest model at that time, and we are willing to reimburse you as a replacement for your broken C570. If you are not satisfied with this solution, you can tell us and we will negotiate a solution that is most satisfactory to you.

3. We cannot guarantee whether a device can keep working for more than 12 months, because it will depend on the frequency of use, the use environment, etc. But whenever a device fails, we are definitely responsible for it within 1-year warranty.

4. Please believe that all comments are left voluntarily by customers, we will not force you to leave comments, please rest assured.

Great customer service and great product

After a lot of research, I recently purchased an APEMAN A79 camera via Amazon. This Action Cam had good reviews online, high spec and a good selection of accessories, including a remote and waterproof case to 40m. I haven't been disappointed. Camera quality is good, the syncing with the app was smooth and easy and the videos look great. Sound is quiet from the unit itself, but when played on TV or iPad the quality is above expectations. Excellent all round Action Cam for a fraction of the price of a GoPro! On top of this their customer service is quick and responsive. A good experience all round.
