Went to Apex to sell the house Terry and Karen couldn't of done enough for us. We made an appointment to meet of for a price Terry showed up on time give us the price that we were happy with and put the for sale send up. The house sold pretty quickly which we were very happy with. Thank you Apex for all your help.

Had a viewing on 28 July then put the application in. Two days later got a rejection email stating that the property got allocated to another applicant. Almost two weeks on I find that the property is still being advertised. Wouldn't hurt to tell the truth. Stop with the lies

Used these agents for an eviction service. Great service start to finish.

Most of their listings are fake or already gone, yet they keep them posted to lure people in. Classic bait and switch tactics. Avoid

Disgraceful
They have avoided repairs for 10 months and told me that on the inspection flaking ceiling is all thata reported under the new law the inspection is to identify hazards and they did nothing even though I reported it the way I should of.
Eventually 10 months later they sent 4 workmen who apparently called them to tell them it's not an emergency and not a roofing issue. I reminded them there is also mold and damp coming through the walls along with other things that are minor but do need doing they insisted on another inspection so I refused access as I need tradesmen here not a leguk f ans a landlord yes that's right they both wanted to come in.
I re raised all issues then I had a few aggressive emails saying he the letting agent is concerned I won't allow him HIM access and it's an emergency. This lettings agent has tried to gain entry previously in September after I reported a boiler issue didn't even have notice so I turned hin away. For context I am woman living alone why would I randomly give access to a man I've never met and has no reason to be there, I've explained the issues multiple times and taken photos / videos but all they care about is coming into the property and not fixing anything.
Today, the workmen told me that this house was something they was asked a quote for years ansld years ago before I even moved in. Meaning they knew this house had issues and have done nothing to fix them and now refuse to fix them.
I'm hoping to get an injunction for their harassing emails. I've also contacted the council to see if they can be issued with an improvement notice.
I did screenshot what an emergency entry would category would be asked them to tell what category it comes under and nothing I reported are under it according them. I didn't get a reply.

Very aggressive and worst experience I have had in algarve , would never recommend. Disappointed & quite threatening behaviour, I would definitely avoid , there are much more pleasant company’s This I would avoid! ! Unprofessional & disappointing. Very untrustworthy . Had no experience in am sales & no information was given about the house

This company should not be trading they have been removed from the PRS by the trading ombudsman for illegally withholding landlords deposit . Stay well away from this company and do not ask them to rent your property unless you want them to knowingly sub-let it numerous people. Basically they are company of thieves taking advantage of landlords destroying their properties and withholding deposits

Avoid. I've reported their tenant for constantly smoking cannabis but they don't seem bothered as they've ignored me. It's coming into my house and the smell is horrendous. My son has asthma and he has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. My house is private and I don't see why I should have to put up with cannabis smoking hillbillies, I guarantee you that if it were any member of their team they wouldn't put up with it so why should we. Absolutely disgraceful. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of them smoking drugs.
