Apex Titanium Reviews 

We bought a wok(supposedly pure titanium) What turned up was a Chinese rip off Stainless steel covered in thin layer titanium and very cheap imitation.
Wrong size and product to which we were refused a refund or return.
Used our credit card company to force the chargeback and are now waiting for the company to arrange a collection or return label as we have our money back now.
100% Scam!!!

I bought a pan and lid from these scammers, the pan is Probably the worse pan I have ever used, and like previously stated, they have no returns label included in the packaging and when contacted, I was told I was using the pan wrong…and the item was not returnable.

These are fake titanium pans. I made a dispute with my bank to get my money back, but this scam company made a counter dispute and won. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. These are not genuine japanese titanium like they claim. Also, real titanium quality pans are not cheap, or sold at huge discounts. Do your research. BEWARE.

Save your money and just order off any well known cheap chinese sites!!! as the quality will be much better!

£120 wasted !! for tgat money I was expecting quality items but items i recueved are poorly finished and cheap looking. When emailing explaining the utensils feel sharp and unfinished and would likely damage my cooking equipment I was told they don't offer refunds just because I don't "like" the item. They highlighted any items in the sale do not qualify for refund unless damaged despite on the website highlighting they want customers to be 100% happy!! all very misleading. Once you press that button to order that's it you are stuck with it as all items are discounted.

They emailed asking for pictures of the sharp bits on the utensils and its impossible to get a picture. It was the overall highly cheap quality. To make issues even more difficult i see if you send anything back and I assume even if faulty you have to meet the postage costs back to China yourself so just avoid at all costs.

£120 wasted that ill never get back. Website looks high quality and luxury but actual products are poor, even the packaging is tacky like those well known Chinese sites !!!

Complete waste of time just AVOID completely.

Whilst I appreciate the hygienic aspects of using stainless steel I am finding the chopping boards difficult to use, food slides a lot when cutting, can easily chop/cut fingers as well. The steel marks easily and is difficult to clean.
Apex claims that the s/s doesn’t blunt knives. They do and requires frequent sharpening.

The quality and finish of the frying pan was excellent and reasonably priced. I have been using it for a couple of months now and it still looks brand new which bodes well for the future.

Absolutely great products. Have bought frying pans and cutting boards. Easy and quick to clean AND free from residues of plastic or bacteria. My healthy option forever. Quick delivery and friendly customer service.

Excellent response! The mats are just what the doctor ordered; they hold the cutting boards securely, and that means safe use!

I recommend them for true titanium cutting boards!!

Clean shiny chopping board, a great addition to the kitchen. Hygienic, and a good size. Did buy some anti slip pads to go with the boards. Very pleased.

The cutting board is great ,have told ALL MY LADIES TO GET APEX! Have gotten two for friends!

Hi , I bought an Apex titanium chopping board as I was extremely disappointed with my plastic and wooden chopping boards, concerns about the microplastics when chopping finley,was disgusted with the amounts of cuts that can harbour germs and others, but now I have the best of chopping boards, minimal scratches, clean and healthy, washable, no place for germs and others to hide, well impressed and thanks for a fantastic product 😀 😊 xx

Item never delivered to me. Currently under dispute. Awaiting company’s response to make this right by either refunding my money or providing what I paid for.

Please do not buy these products, it burns very badly on the pan making it very difficult to clean and cook. NOT what they show you on the advertising. I would say that from the description of the product i purchased and the performance of the product actually being used, the pans I purchased are Faulty so I will be claiming for a full refund as the product is faulty. anyone reading this please DO NOT BUY, too expensive for the quality of product.

This company is a scam. They advertise all products at a discount and then have a refund policy which does not permit refunds if the product was on sale (ie they never have to honour their 100 day money back guarantee). The pan arrived and looks like a cheap and dented product, not suitable for the product price point. I am currently attempting to get their customer support to provide a refund but have been refused so far

These titanium cutting boards are great quality. Heavy, not flimsy like others. I have 4 sizes that are perfect for all my kitchen needs. The non slip pad is great too.

I was given the Titanium Prep & Cook Pro Bundle and the 10" pan w/lid for Christmas, as a gift from my husband. I was so excited to get them, and to begin using them!!
BUT... when I did, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the pans, and I couldn't believe how much he had paid for them!!! Everything I've cooked in them has stuck hard to the bottom and they are VERY difficult to clean!!! I've been cooking for years, and NEVER experienced this with even the least expensive pans I've owned!!! The knife and the cutting board work, but they aren't that impressive for the price!!!
I've wanted to return them, but the information included said that you can't return, if they've been used. Now I'm stuck with unusable pans that are VERY UNSATISFACORY!!!
And... I've also seen in the reviews, that I'm not the only one who's experienced problems!!

Great quality pans that are really non stick, and you can use metal utensils with them, which is a god send. I bought the 26cm and 30cm pan duo set and for a great price compared to what other companies are asking for their pans. I'm now seriously thinking of getting one of the titanium chopping boards.

Quality items were easily found on the website. Shipping was quick. I love the pan as it delivers a quick cook with easy clean up and nothing stuck to the pan.
