Just had these apex radios at work sound quality is poor, you have to often ask people twice what they are saying

They have let themselves down.
Sadly i have been trying for weeks to resolve a broken radio, eventually they sent back the original with the same fault. I know its a one off as I have used them extensively in my previous jobs with no problems so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Really disappointed with the service this time
