I ordered a simple dietary supplement through Amazon from “Apotheke Online” and the parcel never arrived. According to the Amazon tracking, the shipment was even scanned in a different city (Zwenkau) while I live in Leipzig, which already makes no sense at all. Hermes then claims they delivered it to a “neighbor” with a name that doesn’t even exist at my address.
Instead of taking responsibility and sorting this out with the carrier, Apotheke Online is pushing all the stress onto me. Even though Amazon already refunded me in full, Apotheke Online keeps demanding that I sign legal-style documents and declarations, basically dragging me into their dispute with Hermes over a package I never received. I only wanted to order something to help with ADHD, and instead I feel like I’m being interrogated and pressured by the pharmacy for their own insurance paperwork.
This is an exhausting and unfair customer experience. I will avoid ordering from Apotheke Online in the future and would not recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to get stuck in bureaucratic nonsense over a lost parcel.
