This app is not perfect, that said if you want to personnally look for businesses around you, it'll definitely come at both a financial and time cost that could delay your starting point for a bit. That's where this shine the most as it helps get starting faster. Setting up google api could be a bit challenging for non techies but their support is fast to respond, so if you need some help, you can quickly reach out to them. Overall, I recommend it, especially for small business and medium size too.

I came to the world of lead acquisition first, through digital marketing, where feeding the funnel begins with an ad. Then, my brother who has run his call center for years has experienced highs and lows with digital providers.

I was extremely lucky to stumble upon Leads Gorilla, a company which gives you something you may haven't heard of, at least yet. It's a software infrastructure where you pay for the highest quality resources you use (programs talking to programs that get you the leads)

It's not perfect (it feels like a startup, where customer support is top-notch)

My only question is until when Leads Gorilla will be my secret weapon?

I have been looking around for a lead service app not the buy a lead data sheet but one to search my own leads . I find the set up easy to navigate and easy to use with all the data infront of me. I can save each lead under a area and category so I can find them easier. It's well worth the small cost.

I have been using the Leads Gorrila 1.0 app since 2020 and it blew my mind on the amount of value packed in there I got it all and I'm impressed. Then came along 2.0 and omg 😲 they did it again. I highly recommend both versions of this app to get your agency going. Thank you

I purchased the Leadsgorilla bundle on May 24, 2005, with high hopes for its promised features and benefits. However, my experience with this product and its customer support has been extremely disappointing.
Purchase and Access Issues

Upon completing the purchase, I expected to receive my login credentials promptly. Unfortunately, it has been quite some time since my purchase, and I still have not received the credentials necessary to access the product. This delay is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my ability to use the service I paid for.
Support Ticket Ignored

In an attempt to resolve this issue, I created a support ticket, hoping for a swift response and a resolution. Regrettably, despite my efforts, I have not received any acknowledgment or response from the support team. The lack of communication and support has been frustrating and has left me feeling neglected as a customer.
Concerns About Legitimacy

Given the lack of access to the product and the unresponsiveness of the support team, I am beginning to feel that I may have been scammed. The whole experience raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of Leadsgorilla as a service provider.
Conclusion

My experience with Leadsgorilla has been overwhelmingly negative. The failure to provide the promised credentials and the absence of any support response suggest poor customer service and questionable business practices. I would caution potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Leadsgorilla, as my experience indicates they may not deliver on their promises or provide adequate support.

I got sucked in by their constant ads. Purchased and it's been a let down at every stage. There are more reputable platforms which don't use unethical sales tactics and have software which actually delivers on the claims - avoid!!!

Firstly, after signing up, you have to chase and chase them to just get your login details. Support is unresponsive with zero replies to emails yet I am (still) bombarded with constant marketing and upsell emails. I finally got a (delayed) response after messaging on FB - very poor customer service.

The software itself is very clunky. I originally tried version 1.0 (which wasn't great) and when I saw the ads for version 2.0 I thought they must have improved it so gave it a go - they updated the interface and UI but it's still the same clunky platform - in fact, it's gone backwards as they have plastered their own branding in all the reports, crippling them and making them unusable so can't send to clients (previous version had no branding) - to remove the Gorilla Leads branding you have to pay (again?1?).

You're not able to bulk create or send reports in any case, it can only be done one-by-one and for some reason, you can only get up to 60 results in the Google lead search (as support have not responded to anything, I have no idea if it's me doing something wrong!).

This is just the tip of the iceberg of this crippleware - other platforms are cheaper (due to all the upsells for basic features), more user friendly and have more ethical marketing and business practices with support who actually responded - have requested a refund, let's see if they're capable of doing that.

I saw the ads about the software which can help my business to find better lead. After consideration, took me 1 day to decide. Today I am able to find lead in my area and easy navigation experience. Big shout out to the customer service team for helping my request within a time frame.

Setting up google API keys is a big headache and it doesn't work for Indian Clients don't buy!!!

It gives me immense pleasure to talk about Leadsgorilla... They are the best and doing a great job. I request all new users to use it and also Give them 5star rating because they deserve it...

I made the mistake of purchasing a subscription from Leadsgorilla and it has been a horrible experience from start to finish. After paying for my subscription, I never received any login details or instructions on how to actually install and use the app I paid for.

I have tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times to get this issue resolved and gain access to what I paid for. However, I have not received any response whatsoever from the Leadsgorilla team. They are completely ignoring my support requests and leaving me high and dry without access to the app.

To make matters worse, I have also requested a refund since Leadsgorilla is failing to deliver the service I paid for. But once again, my refund request has gone totally unanswered. They are refusing to issue a refund for a product they haven't even allowed me to use.

The only thing I do get from Leadsgorilla is endless marketing emails, even though they won't respond to my support and refund requests. This company is happy to take your money and spam you but won't lift a finger to actually provide customer service.

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with Leadsgorilla. There are many other reputable alternatives out there that actually care about their customers and provide prompt, helpful service. Leadsgorilla has been an absolute nightmare and I regret doing business with them.

I hope someone at Leadsgorilla reads this review and finally does the right thing by refunding my money for a service they failed to provide. Buyer beware - stay far away from this company!

I thought it was a scam because they didn't send me my login information
But luckily after contacting the customer service they have send it to me manually

Great APP, easy to learn, fast results, up to date with the newest tecnology and very important: fast and efficient tec support.

Recently purchased this software just a few days ago and have already identified over 50 leads in the small town where I live in here in Ontario, Canada. We are a website development agency and want to expand our market reach to more local customers since, to date, we have been more focused on the overseas and non-profit sectors. Lots of branding and customization options and the reports that can be generated from Leadsgorilla I am positive will boost our credibility and close rate. Keep up the good work guys!

I have bought LeadsGorilla by $37. I can't login. I contracted the support again and again but still have no answer. I think the site not live & I lost my $37.

Exactly as the others are saying on here just happened to me. Paid for the service, got no email or login. You can only talk to a bot. Don’t fall for this! I’m contacting the BBB and state attorney general! I guess I should’ve knew This was a scam when I couldn’t do my own password.

No login details, nothing in spam, no customer service, they kick you over to a bot that can't understand the word login. I should have known based on typos on their sales page that this would be their quality of service. Now I'm going to walk down the painful road of trying to get a refund before contacting the Better Business Bureau. LeadsGorilla needs to shift what they spend on marketing to customer service.

I paid the subscription and got a verification letter that everything is done (Wait for login details) and check the spam folder.

My spam is empty and I didn't get the login details.
So I have a paid subscription into which I just can't login. I contacted the support, but still have no answer.

Nope! don't buy it simply download a google extension like data miner, more efficient,Data Miner is Fully FREE, and you can do much more, this people ask you money for something I would develop in 4 days ask chatgpt it will do better already.

one thing i like about this product is that its easy to navigate and to understand, I bought this product out of curiosity and for the report generation it provides, it seems its a good buy.

The service sounds great, but I wish it actually worked. But the system does not send out letters anymore, even after several settings, it keeps writing errors.
The lead collection is not good either, you can only send a letter to one person at a time and the text of the report is not professional, it contains many errors.

I have not yet reached the second payment, but based on the comments, there will be problems with that as well.
