Leadsgorilla 2.0 Standard Advanced Version.

(Updated review)

I bought Leadsgorilla 2.0 That was supposed to be USD 37 (inclusive of TAX where applicable) one time payment. They however went ahead and charged me USD 42.92 claiming the extra 5.92 is VAT.

One month later they charged me another USD 42.92 and claimed it was a subscription and I'm waiting for them to solve the VAT issue. So now they've changed me USD 42.92 twice.

I'm still waiting on them to resolve my billing issues, a month after purchase.

Update 13th March.
Leadsgorilla has sorted out my billing concerns and the refund was successfully completed.

With billing issues aside, I went ahead and tried out the platform and it's a great platform for Local Leads generation. It works well for finding local B2B leads.

Abosulute garbage service

Abosulute garbage service. They 'cancelled' my subscription and then charged me again regardless.

HORRIBLE. DON'T POKE THIS SOFTWARE WITH A STICK. GO TO SOMETHING LIKE CLAY INSTEAD.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I requested a refund and waited 7 days for no response from customer service. I then proceeded to make another ticket, waited 2 days, and still received no response. Following that, another ticket was ignored. This is ridiculous. I get 7 marketing emails a day from Gorilla Lead, yet I get no response from customer service.

Good but hope more from your team. I have been using leads gorilla 1.0 for nearly 2 years. It is an amazing product. The only thing this thing lag is the ability to screen more category in Malaysia.

I've had a good experience using Leads…

I've had a good experience using Leads Gorilla. For everything I've needed it for, it's been great. I started with 1.0 version and then got 2.0 which I fantastic. There are a lot of things the software does and I haven't even used it all but what I have used has been really helpful for my business so far. I like how it provides not just leads but other information about each lead that helps me to see how I can help them.

Leads Gorilla is a must-have for anyone who wants to grow their business online. It has a simple and elegant user interface that lets you access and manage tons of web elements without getting lost or distracted. It also integrates smoothly with third-party sites. They have different plans that don't make you feel like they're keeping the product you can't for in the highest paid tier making you upgrade upgrade upgrade etc., from Standard to Agency you can lose. I could have stayed with the standard plan but it was way to nice for me not to support it. I started with the Standard plan and I was very happy with it. But then I saw how much more I could do with the higher plans, and I decided to upgrade.

Leads Gorilla also has amazing customer service. They are fast and friendly, and they always solve any issue you might have. They even gave me a free gift when I made a mistake with my purchase, which was very nice of them. Leads Gorilla really values its customers and their feedback is a rare thing these days. That needs to be acknowledged. It's a lost art.

Leads Gorilla is worth every penny. It costs less than a pizza night for my family. I’m hooked on Leads Gorilla and I can’t wait to get the Agency plan and become a Silverback 🫡💪 Leads Gorilla is the best thing that ever happened to me as a business startup. Dasher me from having to hire a sales representative.

I recently subscribed to Leads Gorilla and was immensely satisfied with their service and customer support. Though I had to cancel my subscription due to time constraints, their team's response to my email was impressively quick and considerate, replying within just 4 minutes. I'm disappointed with the support…

I'm disappointed with the support experience I had; all they did was redirect me to Google for information I already had. It's disheartening that assisting users in utilizing your software is considered "out of scope," especially when it's integral to your product. Ensuring everyone can effectively use your product should be a priority, and I expected a more helpful support experience. Waste of money cant use it.

Honestly Worst software - Hard to Get a Refund

Honestly Worst software.
All up if you want access to everything costs about $300AUD. The citations software is rubbish and is not accurate at all. Even picks up local citations from other countries which are not yours even when selecting the target location. There AI upsell is rubbish. I asked it to write a GMB description and it even got my location wrong even though you enter you address into it. My address is an Australian address however it said i was a UK business?
The leads you can get your self by just typing in a keyword into google. and using Isearchfrom to get location based leads.

Not worth it at all.

Total scam

Total scam, I bought this on the 23rd of November 2023 and by this date I still can’t login 11/27/2023 and I contacted support tickets twice and I’m being ignored . Does not match our credentials when I put my email we’re I receive meses from Adrian the so called scammer of this trash scam.

Basically just a Facebook and google business scraper.

Need a Google API to run this - around $20 for every 1000 searches.

Lots of hidden costs and upsells

A complete nightmare to get a refund.

Obviously paying large commissions and for internet hype.

These are the types of companies that should not be allowed to exist.

Adding to this post. Eventually was told a refund would be processed and to wait the usual 3-5 days. .... 10 days later, no refund. Had to start a chargeback.

Terrible service

Terrible service. False refund policy and they WONT be willing to refund you anything unless you debate them and are fast to response back to their ridiculous "Counter-offers". If you fail to do so on "their time" only way is to chargeback (which is bad business for them)

Really not recommending it there are way more better tools itself and friendly CS team.
