Do not order!!!!. They took over 10days to dispatch my order was in transit from 20days only to receive the completely wrong order. When requisition a return they sent the policy saying that you can't return after 14days on day of order.evem after providing them with proof that my order was completely wrong. I am still waiting for the return details, I seem to be getting nowhere with the company. The quality of the clothing is absolutely atrocious. Do not order from this company if you expect to receive the right order or any help from them waste of money. Also left with a top and bottoms with incorrect colour and incorrect sizing

Do not order from this site!!
Placed an order on the 12th June still waiting on my order and after contacting them on numerous of occasions they haven’t even got back to me! Will never order from this site again. God knows if I will EVER receive my order/refund or even a response from them!! I’m never one to normally leave reviews but the fact I haven’t even had a response from is just awful customer service.

They ruined my son's birthday, by allowing me to buy / pay for something they obviously did not have in stock!!
After waiting a while to contact them. I was given the story of " we are having problems with our supplier"
BUT you will receive it.
I told them about my son's birthday and the date of it, etc... I was told it would definitely be with me for then, but as a good will gesture I could have a partial refund. (never received)
So I waited... NO birthday present came for my son!
I then asked for a full refund, BUT
I got the t-shirt I ordered instead. After I had already ordered another from elsewhere so to get my son a present.
So I end up with the hassle of sending that newly ordered one back, on top of all the mess they created.
Now being ignored. No apology for the inconvenience or anything.
Very poor excuse for a company.
I do have emails to back this review up.

What a disgrace of a company I ordered a t shirt in 8 days before my birthday next day delivery i did not receive it till the day after my birthday plus the item was too big for me there service is so unprofessional i wont bother with a return will have to sell the shirt else where i still have not received my next day delivery fee as promised by them through email what a joke!!!

It’s been over 4 weeks I still haven’t got my refund of £170 I was told it was being processed how many Mondays ago and I have still not received nothing and I’ve sent multiple emails no answer.
