We needed a way for all of our staff to be operate as if they was still in the office and have access to the telephone network system and customer data. AppCaption was great in what was seemless a transition from our office system setup to more wireless and remote service that allowed the office to work from home effectively.

COVID 19 has been an massive issue to most businesses with connectivity and being not able to operate in a normal workplace environment, this system allowed us to keep some normality between the teams and being able to monitor our network via our laptops and mobiles. Would definitely recommend AppCaption to any business and there's a variety of tools you can use depending on your needs.

We needed a new telephony system that was cost effective, flexible and could adapt to our ever changing business requirements. We were provided a solution that met all our criteria set and more with excellent post sales support.
Would certainly get my recommendation.

We used this company for VOIP first and then very quickly realised they were an all inclusive tech firm supporting our telephony solutions, inbound, outbound, including our remote locations which are UK wide currently. Also we as a business opted for their video app so our consultants can stay in touch with a much better quality and price than what we have currently.

All in all we were happy.

Would recommend, been using their services for a while, no issues yet. Overall pleased with their interface and features and support is very helpful.
