Joke of a company.
Joke of a company.
Bought it in lockdown for the year and didn’t work for 3 months.
I try contacting them everyday and go no reply for 3 extra months.
In this time The app was still not working!
I hope they get done for stealing peoples money.
£55 refund out of £300. What a joke.

DO NOT by any means sign up with any packages with this company- stick to the the Free. I brought a years' package to use for my instagram account, because you get more features over £100 may I add ( which although was working great initially) A week later I got a message a to say the site is under maintenance no pre warnings and of which has been the case for the last 2 months and more. Customer service do not get back to you regarding this matter but only on to instruct you on how to change your current plan back to free. SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS. Totally fuming about this. BE WARNED PEOPLE!

Well....
I consider this app to be the best Instagram scheduler before, until they change a policy in the middle of the subscription without notification. I don't think it's ethical. Plus I've found that this app is not proved by Instagram, your account can risk anytime to get in trouble with Instagram before they get approval from IG. Plus not happy experience with the customer service person. I decide to cancel the subscription just some days before the renewal. I was seriously thinking to do a yearly subscription. I'm happy that I don't do that.
