Apple do not know how to treat customers well
Got very well known problem with my AirPods which must be covered by Apple. Apple sent me to the service center and claimed my unit is under warranty program. I left there my Airpods. Two days later Service called me and proposed to pay for repair as it is 1 week older as the duration of their program for recall. Why it was not known when they claimed that it is? When I gave them my serial number and all the data? I waste my time. Never will buy headphones of Apple. There are many better available on the market that their product. Buuyyy Apple!! You need to learn how to treat the customers well to sell your not high quality products for these prices!
Has the company gone crazy? Lots of mistakes and lack of focus
I bought a phone from the Apple online store a month ago. The first time they sent me the phone, and there was an error in the information on the box, so I asked them to replace it, but they sent me a new phone with the same error, and there was also an error in the sound system the second time. When I asked to exchange it this time, the company decided on its own to cancel the purchase 😅 and refund me the amount, after a month of correspondence and wasted time.

After 2 1/2 years my MacBook Pro 16 quit on me. Both monitors went black. To make things worse, it deleted everything on it. So I went to a repair shop and after one week of testing an trying I was told, because the way this computer is build, it isn’t possible to fixit.
So thank you apple for throwing 4329,-€ and all my data in the trash bin.

iPhone 13 - low quality screen
My 5 months old iPhone 13 fell from a height of about 1 meter on my office floor. It was wearing the official apple case. The screen broke, and every day after that, the cracks keep getting bigger.
I am an extremely careful iPhone (and iPod before that) user since the 2000s, and I NEVER had a screen break despite the occasional drop, just like it happens to everyone I know.
I invested more money into a new iPhone expecting the quality to be there, but it is simply not.
Now Apple won't hear nor care about my case and expects me to pay more than 300€ to repair it - almost half the price of the entire phone.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed and would rather buy from any other manufacturer at this point than pay this money for the repair.

I lost my Iphone and my ICloud password doesn't work. Therefore I can't activate "Find my IPhone" for 26 days, because it needs 26 days for resetting my password, and also the customers service is not able to do it for me, when i CAN'T .....
Fraudulent Apple-ID can't be removed
Tonight, I got an e-mail, saying my Apple-ID (...@gmail.com) was used to register an iPhone 13. I do not own an iPhone, nor have I owned any other Apple product in at least 6 years. When trying to reset the password, I found out the number that was used for 2-FA was not mine either. Now, in the morning, I phoned Apple to solve the problem. While in queue, I found out my old Apple-ID was ...@googlemail.com, as was used in Germany at the time I created it.
So while I suspect the other Account has been created by mistake, for obvious reasons (e.g. child-pornography) I do not want someone to use my personal E-Mail-account to identify themselves in the web. I asked the person on the phone to delete, or at least block said Apple-ID.
Apparently this is not possible, and there is not a single way this can be fixed. Not only was the person factually unhelpful, I also had the impression they thought it was somehow my fault, and didn't seem like thy wanted to help.
Now I got someone pretending to be me on the web, and there's nothing I can do about it except writing this bad review on trustpilot to blow off some steam and have some documentation in case someone indeed commits a crime...
False advertising from Apple about swimming workouts
My husband used his 13 month old Apple Watch Series 6 for the first time yesterday to do a swimming pool workout. After ten minutes he saw the rubber sealing was coming off and the Watch didn’t respond anymore. It got really hot inside like there was a chemical reaction going on.
We called Apple customer service and they refuse to do anything about it, although clearly on their website and advertising it states it is waterproof and suitable for workouts in swimming pools and even salty sea water!!! Their excuse was you have to swim with it within one year otherwise it won’t be waterproof. It doesn’t say that anywhere on their website, adverts, packaging etc.
Customer care said they would repair it for over 300€ which is almost the price of a brand new Watch!
I used my series 3 Apple Watch to do the pool workout and that worked no problem. Really disappointed in Apple. Shame on them for their false advertising. Be careful using your Apple watches for workouts in the pool even though they are ‘suitable for swimming pool workouts’.

After bringing my macbook pro 2019 with a defect keyboard (hardware) to the apple store in Cologne, they sent it to their repair center.
One day later I get the update that expenses will be covered by Apple, since it is a guarantee claim (total 554,99€).
Today (two days later) I find a message in my mailbox which sais "we found another problem".
This other problem apparently was a "water damage". Now the fixing would already cost 999,53€.
So they apparently use ANYTHING they can use to not cover ANY problem. In this case they are basically saying that me not being able to push some buttons on my keywoard is caused by a water damage they say they found.
I invested so much money in Apple devices - obviously they make good products. But this is not happening anymore. Thats my last time with this money-suckers.

After a software update my apple watch did not work anymore. The watch was bought in November 2019 with a 2 year quarantee. I spoke almost 2 hours with their support. I was told that I need to send it for repairs as software is not working. After almost 2 weeks I received it back..not repaired. Lying by saying after they die contact me regarding my repair situation I chose to cancel the repair? I never received any calls from them? How can a company like apple do this to their customers. Never Apple again. :(((
