Unfortunately this turned out to be an unreliable and illegitimate provider. We ordered our lamp with the expectations of receiving the product in June. When it did not arrive we reached out for information and timing concerning our purchase and given vague and misleading tracking information. Which led to us opening a claim with our credit card company. We expect to take further legal action soon.

Ordered two lamps in November. Products NOT received.

Bought one of their portable table lamps. Took a month to get here and it’s faulty. Won’t work unplugged (thus not portable). The usb port is loose and light won’t charge. Wrote to ask for a refund. They admitted many people complained about same issue and that I should troubleshoot the problem. They did not say how to troubleshoot. I lost money and they lost my confidence. Never again.

Have not received the product. So called company wont even answer emails. Contacting paypal.

I bought 6 lamps in colour black!
Right now only 2 lamps out of 6 lamps are working.
I am now waiting for 1 month for the reply!
Lamps are not working, wrong coloured lamps , lamps changing light by its own, lamps turning on by its own.
Already provided pictures and videos to proof the failures.
NO ANSWER from the company!!!

I bought an Angelo metal lantern crystal table lamp aluminium black. I received a SILVER lamp. After having sent the photo of the product and the packaging to the customer service, the agent answered trying to justify that Silver was actually black, it was a just a light effect. What?? When I answered back, the same agent kindly explained that what they had sent was an upgraded black (what????), but if I wanted the black color I had bought I would need to pay the shipping cost at 20 USD Euros to have the lamp replaced.Was that a joke? Moreover, we need to touch the lamp surface several times to turn it off or change light intensity. Definitely be careful before buying this product ! you will likely have headaches !

Astonishingly Poor.
Having received a defective product I was asked to jump through several hoops confirm product performance… all failed evidenced by video. After exchange of multiple emails it was finally accepted that the product was faulty. Request for refund were refused( despite reference to their stated policy), and I was requested to pay another £12 to have a replacement product shipped to me. Pragmatism told me to pay( which I did.. and replacement product received) but this retailer has no sense of honour and Uk trading standards. Plenty of honourable suppliers out there… so please do not follow in my footsteps!
