Apple have locked an APPLE ID and are refusing to explain why or give access back. They've essentially stolen all of the purchased products belonging to that Apple ID. Surely this can't be legal. Their only suggestion was to set up a new Apple ID and rebut everything again which seems stupid as they could lock that account and steal everything all over again, without explanation, anytime they like.

Resetting the phone would be great but the phone still has issues. Apps are always acting brand new. Reps nice but phone still has issues after reset cause Im hacked.

You just make it hard to access your products. All I want is to get the TV, and after hours of effort IO still cannot.

I’m trying to sing-in, while I’ve forgotten the password, It’s ridiculous how it says "This Apple ID is not valid or not supported." yet i get a ton if mails that's getting me annoyed... Give me a break already, I'm not gonna use your useless stuff anymore.

Extremely frustrating, says I need to wait 24 hours for a bloody password reset. How ridiculous. Always having password issues, even after changed password. Cannot update phone without logging into the stupid Apple ID. Get this for Apple's stupidity. It has a link saying :learn how to reset your password right now. So I click on the instructions, follow the instructions, click on 'change password' and it actually asks me for current password before the new password. I DON'T KNOW OLD PASSWORD you dipsticks. What's the point. Apple are so stupid.

This website didn't work at all. It is stuck in the Continue button. And there is no fix from Apple.

Apple is in many ways good at making high-quality products. Generally I like Apple. But the design of their Apple ID is very stupid, and unethical. Basically your own personal information can be locked up beyond your control, Apple being the one blocking you from both getting access to it and from deleting it. As other people say here, this deeply flawed system is sometimes used by criminals. It also seems to break the EU law GDPR, which exists to protect people's privacy and data rights. This poorly built Apple ID is a gaping whole in Apple's contention that they care about your personal right to control your own data.

i created an apple ID two days ago to use my apple tv app. i did this for the free three month trial offered. after setting it up it worked fine but a few hours later i was locked out. i've contacted apple serveral times and they were no help whatsoever. they couldn't unlock my ID. they told me to make a new one but this meant a couldn't use the promo code from my smart tv. they didn't offer me another one. and i'm forever locked out of my apple ID account without any explanation as to why it had happened and why it couldn't be reactivated. i've wasted hours of my free time and haven't been able to watch anything on apple tv. which was something i looked forward to doing on my day off. thanks apple for being such a good company!

Apple is a trillion dollar market cap company that only supports two factor via SMS, and not more reliable methods like TOTP with Authy or Google Authenticator.

Somebody is using my email address and spends my money, I can not get in to my account because of the security questions I do not know the answers for . My credit card has a 200Eur minus now. I can not contact anybody. I never had an apple product, and I never will!
