Screen reflection

I bought Aiden phone case. Delivery was on time package came from Hong Kong. ( With Florida stickers in the box ). The case is water proof, it does have 10 to15% sound reduction due to that. Look good for protection but have a lot of reflection on screen and to get best viewing experience its better have screen brightness done manually. Screen protector cover the light sensor and the automatic brightness no the best. Overall i am still satisfied with my purchase even if the price is a bit on the high side.

Product received in mint condition

Product received in mint condition, awesome product for my iPhone! Great hand grip with no slippage in hands when moving arms and wrist vigorously about. Still testing the product on its limits without any damage occurring. Great doing business with. Keep up the good work.

Another scam from China

Another scam from China, the company pretends to be an US company, based in Florida with AI customer service in Montana. Don't believe it, it's a Chinese e-commerce office in China which sources very cheap products from sweatshops. And the return guarantee is a joke, the cheapest shipping rate with a tracking number with USPS is at least $30 because they require you to ship it back to China!

Misleading info about the company,slow shipping,no actual refunds

Items are coming from China,2 to 3 weeks out.The claim on the website is misleading, IT IS NOT located in Florida.Supposedly they are located in Texas, but i contacted someone that was in New York. Upon request for return was given address in China to ship it to. They count on the price of shipping it back to stop you from returning it. I offer to ship to the shipper address, which was in FL, but was told that address is for distribution hub only. So,once you pay forget about your money. They will give you store credit,but not for the full amount of purchase. Don't buy from them if you value your time and money!

She was really supportive and patient. She tried hard and long to make sure I’m satisfied. Shelly did her best to make me solve my issue. She actually care for customers. They are doing their best to make a fair and honest name for themselves.

Don't waste your money!

I bought the Adrian case which was described as leather but what I received was plastic. I spent about $75 for the case, screen protector and charger. For a case costing over $40, I expected better but was so disappointed. It turns out that this is being shipped from China too. So, returns will be impractical. What a waste of money!

Shit.

Shit.. i thought this was a uk sight at first caseles.co.uk , i placed my order for 136 pounds on 11 th Jan . Till this day I’m still waiting for my correct product. The correct product has been in the post 3 months . Still i do not have it . You can message all you like very polite but no product. Logistic have change can’t get it . It was meant to be a uk company . If i wanted to order from abroad i would have chosen an international site. What a bummer of an experience

Total scam

I placed an order for two cases and a pack of screen protectors, back on February 22nd. It took six weeks (coming from Hong Kong) to get my order. One of the cases was missing, so I tried to contact Caseles, via e-mail (trying to call only gets you to voice mail). The response was some bizarre offer to buy more cases. Despite several e-mails, I've not heard back on any of my issues.

I wrote a review. “Shelly” replied to it saying she has responded to it— she has— but she’s not made the situation right. The refuses to give me a refund!! This place is a total sham. They claimed to be an American base company— they are not!!! Meanwhile, their entire product is made in China shipped from China and apparently I need to ship it back to China at my own cost!! this woman is basically holding my refund hostage and refuses to give me my money back!! Disappointed

I placed a phone case order a month ago that was $45. I was constantly checking tracking once I realized this was coming from China (the site does not tell you this until the order is placed). Its now showing it was delivered. Looking at the delivery pics I can see that my zip code was marked out and replaced with an incorrect zip code and delivered to the wrong address. Ive called both 'customer service' numbers where no one answers and it goes to a generic voicemail. I have sent an email to caseles support requesting a refund. No response. Save yourself the money and time and order from a reputable company.

3/13/26 Update

3/27/26 Another Update; So far I have received no email from Caseles or Kevin as their response indicated. True to form for them, they promise one thing and never deliver. Read the other reviews, this is their pattern. They respond with all these promises to make the situation right but never follow through. Stay away from this company, there are plenty of other reputable companies out there to deal with instead of Caseles. I'll update this if they respond.

3/13/26 Update; I contacted the company, Shelly, as they requested and she didn't respond to the 1st email. Waited 4 days and sent another email to Shelly and got a response again requesting $15.99 for shipping to fix their mistake. If you look at other reviews on Trusted Pilot and other sites it seems the same pattern appears to respond to the negative reviews, which there are many, with all kinds of nice offers but then they never follow up. So my initial review stands, I'll update this if they come through and do the right thing but as of now I would tell you to run from this company.

Horrible company to deal with. Ordered a case for my Wife's zFold 6 and they sent me, after about 2 weeks, a completely different case. When I sent a note to customer service including pictures they acknowledged their error and said they would send the correct case but then asked for an additional $14.99 for shipping to correct their mistake. I, of course, refused as it was their mistake and then they stopped responding to any emails. I had to get Paypal involved to get my money back. Read reviews here and elsewhere before buying from this company. They don't ship from the USA and their cases are cheaply made. They don't stand behind their sales. Plenty of cases available elsewhere that will much better in the long run.

Ordered a breathable mesh cooling case…

Ordered a breathable mesh cooling case for Iphone 17 Pro to replace one which cracked when I dropped the phone. I bought the original case from Casebus at a cost of £24. The new case was purchased from Caseles at a cost of £39. I was expecting it to be sturdier with a magentic charging ring. However it is identical to the case we got from Casebus at £24. Both websites look similar (seems a bit odd) and both items took 2 weeks to turn up even though the Union Jack is at the head of their website. UK based?? Cheap plastic not worth the price.

Bad business ! definitely false advertising

Do not waste your money on the phone cases, they are not advertised correctly and the cases are not verified for specific phones! I paid $45.00 for a phone case for a Samsung s25 ultra the case will not enclose around my phone like it should there's quite a big gap, so I emailed customer support, went back-and-forth explaining my issue and that I just simply wanted my money back.And they told me it was gonna cost me $45 dollars in shipping to send their defective product back to them !! They Refuse to give me returning instructions, but told me if I gave them more money, I could keep the phone case that is completely worthless to me. And get another one from them discounted. Absolutely unacceptable
