Duolingo app is impossible to access after being charged. Apple shouldn’t have such apps where customers can’t use the service after being charged and won’t be able to get a refund.

I am so dismayed that Applestore appears to pay no heed to the vast number of appalling reviews on Trustpilot of the Mindway App, which is still available to download by vulnerable people keen to improve their mental health. Shame on you Applestore! Why don't you demonstrate some due diligence re. Apps like this that prey on the vulnerable and take unauthorised, exorbitant subscriptions even after the subscription has been cancelled. This abhorrent practice is stealing by stealth in my view and should be stopped without delay. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

Absolutely ridiculous frustrating and extremely poor customer service service way too expensive and it’s not really as private and protect as they say when you walk in Apple Store and buy one it their products you can’t be 100% you are buying a brand new new device or refurbished device that is the honest truth and they look at who’s making the purchase it’s an absolute nightmare Apple devices are not the best in the world they never make sakes on their store they are one reap off rich biggest company in the entire globe but yet still extremely greedy protect your details no just like any mobile company it’s all about gaining as much control as they can among humanity they watch us all mobiles I made to control and manipulate us all the Face ID on their phone is one of the most annoying they also made their devices to be difficult to fix that Face ID and if you have a problem on their device they do not have an online access to get help except telling you go to their branch or you need to buy MacBook to unlock your device that has a problem I find it extremely frustrating annoying and the screen sharing it’s one dangerous option they have to still your password to get into your phone because they want you to keep buying they are after your money not to help you that is the honest truth if Apple Store is far from the area you live that you are completely strewed Apple is a money Busness machine that’s owned by group of rich greedy powerful business man they want your money and they do not care about you and what problems to are having on their devices their applications are all expensive subscriptions for everything if you bought movies and music from them they will just delete all and asked you to subscribe to their music and pay every subscription it’s an absolute nonsense mind control manipulation of humanity and abuse it’s despicable!!! You but your devices with your money and music and children’s game and movies but still be abuse control and manipulated be very careful with their nonsense of asking screen sharing do not do that!!! Those work for Apple are the one will have access to your device after accepting their nonsense of screen sharing even if you have the most big storage on your phone but Apple will do thousands of duplicates on each and every photo you have on your phone to make sure you pay for more storage that’s it they will suck you dry they are driven by greed !!! Extremely poor customer service and the most useless company employee ever existed on Earth!!!

In 2023 I bought an iPhone in the Florence Apple store and requested na invoice as it was a professional purchase. I never received this invoice and have been trying to get it for MONTHS now. It’s too late to be deducted from taxes for 2023 now.
After many unanswered emails I finally got contacted via phone after asking to be reconnected several times, which even the operators (who have all been very friendly) warned me it would be difficult… the solution offered was for me to reset the divise an pretend to return it to them fake-buy it again for an invoice.
I want what I correctly requested, an invoice for a purchase made!

I've downloaded an app called "Walking" by Getfit on Applestore. On the Applestore they say is a free app, when you download the first thing they do is offer a trial version after you click the app directs you to a website of the company to connect your data from apple and your payment (in the case I did by apple wallet). At the same moment that I made all this process, I started to search for the cancellation of the automatic subscription, wasn't on my Subscription panel inside Apple or anywhere else. I look inside the app, on their website, and nothing. After some days I received a message charging me 86,99 dollars. I tried to contact their supports that was horrible, I also contacted Apple Support that even telling me that this indeed goes against Apple's rules, they could not give me my money back. I thought Apple was a serious company that I could trust to add sensitive data but I will never trust again. Be careful with your money and never download any app from "Getfit" company. I am super disappointed with the horrible support I had on that case.
