From beginning to end, the staff were courteous, helpful and efficient; they returned calls, as promised, and the ordered goods were delivered promptly. The delivery staff were helpful and considerate, and the whole experience was painless from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Appliance Centre.

I have only received part of my order
I have only received part of my order. You 'lost' my oven and it will now be a week late, and I will have to pay an electrician to come back and fit it.

Late Delivery
I ordered a BBQ on 7 June for delivery on 17 June. It failed to arrive. A week later I was told they would have it on 25 June. I was hoping it would get to me a day or 2 later, but it took a further week, finally arriving on 1 July. I had BBQ parties planned that had to be cancelled.
I wish the could have been honest with the original delivery date, so I could have ordered it elsewhere.

told could both suplly and fit- not…
told could both suplly and fit- not true. Told needed one length legs- not true. Told needed catalytic linings- not true alreday in. Asked for replacement / returned- have heard nothing for nearly a month. Oven very slow to heat and then slow cooking- all for £4k. Oh good

An anticlimax
Given a 4 hour window for delivering beginning with 7 am and came considerably later. Monosyllabic deliverers who could not get out of the door too quickly. The dishwasher isn’t as good as our previous one since it cannot accommodate stem ware.

I was thrilled to track down an all gas…
I was thrilled to track down an all gas Rangemaster Pro in Cranberry with this company. Purchasing was straight forward and I was contacted quickly to arrange free delivery. Delivery service was excellent - the drivers took care to ensure my cooker was delivered safely.

Missing parts and emails not being responded too
Oven arrived a day later than confirmed delivery, LPG kit was not sent, even checked with the delivery men and they said it was in the oven. Called and they sent the LPG kit out. Booked the the gas engineer once the LPG kit arrived only for him to find there was parts missing. They then sent me 2 LPG kits out. This has cost me money for extra call-outs to install the LPG kit. I have emailed them twice with this complaint and over a week later I still have not had a response.
