The 5 star rating is definitely not enough for the service and experience that I had with Paolo. I will give a huge 10 out of 10 for him and will divert all my family and friends to him and this company for any vehicle needs...You guys ROCK

I had put in an application, but when they contacted me I was unable to answer due to the start of a very busy week and then subsequently an illness.

Woke up to an email from them stating they would report me to the credit bureaus for attempted fraud?!!

Good to know this is how they operate. Prevents me from EVER potentially doing business with them in the future.

Well it took 45 days to get my car im happy to say I like the car but I was waiting on an suv and it took weeks to become aware that it had not passed safety as the mechanic was very much not on the ball

what made my experience great was the employee that i was connected with, chop. chop made this experience very smoothly for me, even though i needed to send my vehicle back the first time i received it. they were quick enough, approval genie made the experience of buying my first vehicle less stressful after my accident with my private owned car i owned previously.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Yany was not only professional but friendly and personable. He explained everything to the best of his ability during the process. We had a bit of a delay with parts and he offered to Uber me home to ensure I got home safety. I highly reccomend him and the team for all your automotive needs .

I originally left a 5-star review for Approval Genie Hamilton because I trusted what they told me, but I have to take it back after what’s happened.

I bought a 2022 ford edge in March 2025, and just a few days later the battery light came on. Then, when my gas ran low and I filled up at the station, the car wouldn’t even start. No one expects these kinds of problems so soon after purchase.

To make things worse, they claimed the car was fully detailed, but it was delivered to me in a complete mess inside. I also feel like they took advantage of my situation and overcharged me for a car that clearly wasn’t in proper condition.

This whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. I would never recommend Approval Genie Hamilton to anyone — be very careful before buying from them.

Jamie was a very amazing guy in getting me into a new suv worked very hard to make sure that it went very smoothly and it took some time and effort but he came through with his word and for that I’m very grateful and excited for this new opportunity to build my credit again
