IMEI reported stolen by them

IMEI reported stolen by them. My phone was legitimately locked to an iCloud I not longer had access to so it needed to be unlocked. Instead of doing what they said they'd do and unlock it from iCloud, they send me a note saying that the phone was reported stolen and that, if I disputed the item with my credit card they'd report me to the authorities. LOL!! Blackmail is not a proper business practice guys! So, I ran an IMEI check before using their services and printed the report (thankfully) to show that the IMEI is fine, not stolen/blacklisted because they say now it's reported, hmmmmm...strange that happened once I requested they unlock the account from the phone huh? DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They will create a complete mess...more of a mess than having your phone locked to an ICloud account.

Serious company, they have unlock my iCloud

Serious and reliable company, I contacted them to unlock my icloud (I lost my password!) Customer support contacted me after a few minutes, they asked to send the number imei of my device to analyze it, they replied after 1 hour, and they they confirmed that it was possible to unlock my iCloud. I placed the order 12 days ago and today my icloud is unlocked. I will recommend to all my friends this company, I put 4 stars only because they delayed the release of 4 days. However they were great, now I'm the happy owner of an iPhone X as if it were brand new.
Thank you very much!

Keep Away Frome This Scamming Site.

A great looking professional website designed to look professional and legitimate but what a scam. I paid to get my very own, bought from new I have to add, iPod touch 6 iCloud unlocked. I knew it hadn't been reported as lost/stolen as I'd obviously not done this and for the life of me I just couldn't remember my iCloud password which was set up on my father's email account a while back, long story which I won't go into, after a few weeks of me pestering them they eventually got back. Great, oh no, not great at all, I'd bought a STOLEN, from my local shop I my add, BRAND NEW iPod Touch 6th generation. I did send a few more emails back but heard nothing so PLEASE stay well clear of these scammers.

Now my iPhone 6s is not stolen

Now my iPhone 6s is not stolen. It belongs to my wife. She forgot her password apon a factory reset and this company is telling me my phone is stolen and they will give my information to the authorities. So I guess I'll have to press charges on myself. This is wrong what this company do. They are not honorable. This is a complete scam. Save yourself the time and money. I will dispute this with my bank and make it known that appunlock.com is nothing but criminals on the internet stealing your money with false advertisements and lies.

BEWARE APPUNLOCK.COM

So I found this appunlock.com site by accident upon googling iPhone activation unlock after unknowingly purchasing a preloved icloud locked iPhone off ebay.

I paid the €1.00 to see if this could be competed and was advised it would be OK. I then completed the payment of €29.99 to have the iCloud unlock actionned.

After chasing up after 7 days of no response I recieved an email from the "Risk Department" advising the phone handset is stolen, lost or blacklisted and any refund request would be deemed "fraudulant" and my "details passed to the device owner and authorities".

I proceeded to provide proof via a screen shot from The Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association, which lists all reported stolen/lost Aussie mobile devices and other IMEI checkers that had been completed and they were still insistent that the phone is stolen.

When I expressed my concerns about poor reviews found I was advised that others with stolen iPhones offered a poor review based on this fact and that any poor review I felt the need to publish would once again result in my details being passed to the authorities and the previous owner. No review however would be met with no action, meaning no refund, and it could all just be swept under the table as a mistake.

And yet they have taken money for a service they are unable to provide. iCloud cannot be removed remotely. Only Apple themselves or the previous owner can do so by removing the Find my Phone feature and since the previous owner has disappeared off ebay without a trace and my local apple store is over 50km away I am left with an expensive paperweight.

I have told them to provide the previous owner my details so we could have the issue resolved. The Find my Phone could be removed but received no further response..until now!

The "Risk Department" reported my initial review for demataion and followed up with an email once again advising that they were going to followup with the authorities and previous owner and that I had been warned. Once again I have told them to do what they must.

As this is the 3rd time of being told my details are being passed along and advising them to go ahead I have very little faith in what I am being told by the one person I seem to continuously deal with.

As part of their report of this review they are stating my order numbers are wrong but I have both order invoices and the skrill payment confirmations. I have kept all correspondences with this company to provide proof to my bank that this is a valid dispute.

The case is likely to go in my favour because this company offers a service that cannot actually be completed, which was backed up by a call to Apple directly and additional corresponding proof from them has been provided. The paperwork is a nightmare but I do not have faith that there is any other way to resolve this as obviously proof of a clean IMEI is not enough for a full refund to be provided.

From my opinion I wouldn't place trust in appunlock.com. After searching for hours I have found zero reviews hightlighting this company as anything other than poor and unable to do what they advise.

You pay and give service never .

I requested to remove "find my iphone" of my iPad which bought as second hand via appunlock.com . They gave 1 € first for checking ability :
"Your iPad can be unlocked from the iCloud Activation Lock."
then 29€ for remove it . After ten days they answered :
"Our engineers informed us that the iDevice of you order is lost or stolen. We realize that the device is blacklisted or lost or stolen only when we receive the iCloud unlock request.
We disagree fraud refunds. "
They did not refund my money too . Pay attention , its not trusted .

Failure to respond via email or phone.

I am responding on this after attempting to reach out to the seller to warn others of this transaction. Like others after paying for both the 1.00 to verify as well as the 29.99 for the unlock after the verify was approved I patiently waited for the up to 7 days that the sales team @ appunlock stated it would take to unlock my iPad. I had attempted to reach out via both phone number and email and have as of yet get any response back. For this company I have to say buyer beware and I plan to get my bank involved. I have not put an order number down yet so the statement provided below about a fake number makes no sense and proves to other claims of denial. Business has "threatened" with submitting customer information to police when asked for refund back for not following through service stating that iPad was obtained illegally. Item was obtained legally so I am not concerned with local authorities. I have already pursued another action plan and will no longer do business with this company.

Business has threatened me in the past couple of days and I have email proof showing the business's threat against me. I was trying to end this review without mentioning that.Business is trying to use bullying tactics to force reviews off. As of now I have screen shooted the previous message and will keep for further response if necessary.

In response to email claim I have changed the "email" address to the sales team @ appunlock so as to prevent further confusion from business assuming that I am meaning the email as according to trust pilots review policy no emails are meant to be posted.

Your details...."
I have had NO reply to their email address (above), nor ANY response to the contact section on their website.
What's wrong with just operating an honest business?

Have they changed their name to "unlockiphoneios9" to avoid the odium of their previous ordure?

After this review was posted (and Appunlock obviously check this type of posting - wish they had replied to my emails...) I got this email -

"Dear customer,
we see if the device is blacklisted - lost or stolen only once one actually requests to reset iCloud. It was a customer duty and in his interest to inform us that the device was bought second-hand or having a uncertain origin. We have Terms & Conditions **regulating our service** which the customer should read before purchasing **on our website**.
Best Regards
Appunlock.com"

Why they would say this is just speculation on my part, and more film-flam on theirs, as I did not request an 'iCloud reset', merely a simple unlock.
Next arrives this email -
" If you do not delete the review, we can not process a refund
Best Regards
Appunlock.com"
More fluff, or just bait to keep their record clean; I did not ask them for a refund, nor do I want one, just what I paid for - a straightforward unlocking from a telco that wants more than I paid this bunch.
Why couldn't they just run an honest business?

Now see the next response from the people who were so good at taking my money AND so good at not providing the service, dated October 20.
Their comment is more irrelevancies. No iCloud reference, no refund wanted, nothing but what I paid for - which was their cheaper version of what the telco wanted to charge. I bought the phone from the owner knowing that it was locked, just a money transaction for both of us. Anyone who 'uses' these people can expect to get nothing in return; any reviews they publish on their own website come from their own mouths. All of us who have unfavorably, but honestly, reported them have no commercial axe to grind, merely to warn others of their perfidity

order 15590 Unlock iPhone IMEI

I bought the service to unsimlock an Iphone. After the first payment of 1 euro for investigation to see if the unlock is possible, I received a mail that the phone can be unlock and I have to pay 29 euros to do it. The processing time is between 4-7 business days. After the 7 days I tried to contact them via the contact form on the website as i didn't receive any feedback but I got an error that the website doesn't exist.
I will not recommand this website.

EDIT 03/02/2016.

Appunlock didn't find the order but I received the bill from them. I tried to contact them on all email that I found but without receiving any answers. They asked to remove my evaluation and Trustpilot asked me the bill to confirm that my evaluation was not a mistake. I didn't receive any feedback from them and impossible to reach them. I made an opposition to my credit card. Here is the bill.

ALERT . BEWARE OF APPUNLOCK.

I happened to stumble upon this website about a month ago and from the get go it looked suspicious but because of the few good reviews on this site, I went ahead and spent the 1 euro to request the bypass service.

To make the actual payment you have to go through Skrill, (something like paypal) but you actually use your credit/debit card and do not have to sign up for a skrill account, even if you do already have a skrill account, you still have to enter your card details because the website appunlock will not accept payments through a skrill logged in account.
It will give an error saying The merchant website does not accept balance payments.

Within a few days, I received an email stating my phone was eligible for unlock as follows
"
Hello ,
Your iPhone can be Unlocked iCloud Activation Lock:

Device IMEI: ################
Serial number: #############
Product description: iPhone 5c
Telephone technical support: No phone support
Warranty(repairs and service coverage): Out of Warranty
Estimated purchase date: February 27, 2014
"Find my iPhone" status: ON
CHECK DATE: 04/11/15 06:19:15 AM (UTC)
Activation Lock Status: ON

"

I went ahead and purchased the 29.99 euro service on Nov 5, 2015 with a turn around time of 4-7 business days that I received in email.
Since then, the order has been in "processing" stage, no email from them, I tried to contact them several times.
It has been well over the 7 business days and still no word.

You can call your bank to have it disputed, but that didnt work out in my case.
So, in short,

Applock - STAY AWAY

Hope this post saves you a world of trouble
