I had an emergency appointment with the dentist today and the dentist was absolutely lovely and friendly along with his assistant too.
I suffer from dentist anxiety and the dentist was very understanding and gentle through the examination. Thank you very much

Yesterday, Sunday, I discovered that a large filling had come away from a back tooth. My mouth felt horrible.
I phoned AP Smilecare at 09:00 on Monday and the receptionist quickly assessed the situation and asked if I could attend a 09:30 emergency appointment, which I could and did.
I was relieved that I was able to see my usual and lovely dentist Dr Sara Mala Myers.
The emergency appointment at 9.30 was on time.
10 minutes later my tooth problem was fixed with a filling. It was pain free and stress free.
The filling that had come away was probably at least 30 years old. I have always been a patient of AP smile care and continue to be extremely grateful and happy with the service that I have received.

Ive had quite a bit of veneer work over the past 4 years , i can not fault the practice Jo and her team are second to non, nothing too much trouble and if they can do it , they will . Excellent customer service and high standards .

Amazing dentist practice, with amazing staff. Through the years my children have seen 3 different dentists and they all are amazing. Two of my boys have additional needs and you can tell that there is a great understanding of needs of children with Autism/ adhd. We usually see Mr Gale, and his calm personality works perfect for my children, he is always calm, pleasant, explain everything in details and is just all around a wonderful dentist and person.

Had an exam appointment with Saarah today, was really pleasant, and explained all the details easily so I was able to understand, hope I see her again for my next check up! Staff was really nice and pleasant, especially the receptionists!!

I thoroughly recommend AP Smilecare for all your dental needs. I have had many years of dental care here and it has always been excellent.

Recently I have had a lot of work done and Phil has been exemplary in his work, he is very professional and thorough, explaining and advising the work to be undertaken. Extractions are quick and efficient, I was very impressed, also denture replacements and the after care is excellent.

In conclusion I highly recommend this practice no matter what work is needed, the customer care is second to none and you will leave with a smile 😊

I moved over to ap from another dentist and I do not regret it! All the staff are extremely helpful and they smile! The treatment and advice received by Dr Saarah has been amazing! They truly take their time and explain every aspect in detail. Finally found a dentist who cares and takes their time!

I have really damaged teeth due to neglect over time and have been really anxious having my teeth looked at and assessed.
the moment I walked in the room they could see how anxious I was but made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the entire process reassuring me while explaining my treatment plan I have been to a few dentist and I have always found them to be quite arrogant and judgemental but I did not feel this here even though I am an NHS patient

Very unprofessional had attended emergency appointment through the nhs
Spoke to the receptionist who was very rude explained my exemption and showed her my proof also she was in receive of my national insurance number I was then sent upstairs to the dentist who told me I had an infection and they can’t do anything about it until it’s cleared up, the manager then asked me to make a payment even though I’m exempt so I still paid after proving my exemption it was all unprofessional The place was more like a beauty salon it doesn’t feel comfortably safe like a dentist environment all of the staffs vocabulary was ridiculously rude so unprofessional and uncomfortable I work full-time. I’ve only been in receive of benefits for the past month as my circumstances with my disability of affected me. I’ve always had a private dentist and never had a problems like this they’re just all seem unprofessional like backstreet dentally

Very happy as always with both my routine check up appointment today with Jo my dentist and Sabina my hygienist.
From the moment you arrive, everyone makes you feel very welcome . My dental problems were fully explained to me in a detailed and professional manner throughout both appointments. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Sabina my hygienist! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire cleaning. She took the time to explain what she was doing and gave helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and the whole appointment was comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients' health and comfort. Highly recommended!
