BABY MILK

I would suggest testing other aptimil milks as i put my baby on aptimil stage 2 after the sma recall.

We had the bad batch and had the symptoms of cramps and sickness, and diarrhoea.

She settled temporarily and then the same symptoms returned!!! Using ready made stage 2 and the tub of powder.

Since the latest recall iv decided to put her on cows milk and problem solved no more crying out in pain sickness or diarrhoea !

This whole situation needs to be taken more seriously as it is shocking and surreal to think its played down that babies are getting sick because of contaminated milk

Something so serious and there is no contact with customer service just a message with a robot /automated response!

I bought my baby Aptamil at the…

I bought my baby Aptamil at the beginning of July 2025. Today I saw that they “recalled” most of the Aptamil sold in that period.
My baby just stopped using Aptamil 1 as she turned 6 months. I thought that those 50 years of experience it is not used for advertising.
Shame on you!!!!!!!

formula ratios for smaller feeds

I was having some trouble working out a small ratio of formula to what was shown on the tubs! Blanka I Took the time on the online chat to explain it all to me & made sure I understood everything!

Worse company to deal with don’t care…

Worse company to deal with don’t care about your babies safety, found plastic in my babies powder, contacted them about it, blamed me for putting it there, this isn’t the end off it

Further your to your reply your company is pathetic your milk powder cost £14.50 on a supermarket band you give me a £10.00 Tesco voucher to cover the cost off a new tub, so not only did you basically cause a choking hazard for my baby you also leave me out of pocket complete joke off a company and you can be sure I will be going to the media about it

Update Required for Delayed Order

Formula delivered gone off

Ready to drink formula delivered twice gone off. Lumpy and smelly. Ordered direct from Aptamil. Expiry date in December, but already gone bad in Sept when they arrived. Ignored by customer services who I spoke to but never came back to me on email like they claimed they would. Very disappointed.

It helped

So we had issues. We started off from cows&gate, through cows&gate comfort and ended up switch to aptamil comfort.
Going through cows &gate and c&g comfort baby got constipated, we went from midwife, health visitor to gp. Was told to give baby extra water (baby was 4wks old) didn't help...
They did tested poop. I want to point that poop was green.
So I decided enough is enough and i decided to change the formula to aptamil comfort. Within a week colour of poop changed. Baby started pooping easier. She still poops every 3 days but now (7wks) poop has turn yellowish- and much less green which is normal on formula-breast baby. So I do recommend this product. The only downfall is the price.
REALLY?! £18.

Excellent advice

Used the what’s app msg function.
Reply within minutes- excellent advice from begonia. Very reassured now and more content with transitioning to level 2 formula now. Very informative

Been very nicely told 'no'
