We are a non profit group that was looking for an alternative to paper cards. We were sold a card printer and software with technology from 2008. Was told upfront that it could do everything we wanted for it to but wasn't told that I would be stuck with a bill for set up after the fact since the systems and tech are so old our IT wouldn't even touch them. Of course the sales person was very nice but also deceiving. The support person didn't have the time of day for us and doesn't offer support over the phone. This company has lost our trust.
