I’m extremely disappointed with this…

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. After paying my balance in full, all I requested was for my payment method to be removed, yet multiple representatives falsely told me it had been removed when it had not. I have no contract, no outstanding balance, and no pending payments, so I should be able to remove my payment method. Instead, I was later told it couldn’t be removed. This experience is why I cannot recommend this company.

I like to interact verbally with the person who sprays outside my home so I know what to look for before it comes a problem. Inside my home is not a problem as I can follow him while he spraying about problems if I have any.

No Soliciting and still bothers

Apparently, these sales representatives do not know how to read- at least in MD. I have three “No soliciting” signs outside my house in various places and the rep not only banged on my glass window but rang the doorbell and pretended to avoid the blatant signs display outside my door. Sorry, I cannot recommend this company- they do not respect people.

I received an email reminding me…

I received an email reminding me someone coming a certain date. on that date mid afternoon received an e-mail that he had been delayed and would arrive the next day.
He arrived and was courteous and pleasant and asked specific areas of concern. Thoroughly sprayed those areas and then inspected all around the house.

Outstanding Aptive Service by James

On June 2, Aptive technician James serviced both the inside and outside of my home, treating for mosquitoes, ticks, potential outdoor rats, ants, spiders, and a variety of other pests.
He was by far the best technician I’ve experienced. James was incredibly thorough as he walked the entire perimeter of my property with me, discussing the necessary treatments, then carefully treated the interior while clearly explaining what he was doing and why. He also provided a detailed report with photographs of the areas he treated.
James was not only highly professional and competent, but also personable and patient, answering all of my questions. I was on the fence about whether to continue with Aptive beyond my contract, but after this outstanding service, I’ve decided to stay with the company. I recommend James without any hesitation.

Kahil was great

Kahil was great! He came out and installed the bag on our tree to help eliminate the wasps and was happy to take care of a few additional requests from my husband, including treating the first floor and the garage. Ok, but not great

I like that the coverage is for several pests. But still not enough - eg scale, molds on plants not covered so need to have more pest control companies.
The price is competitive, that is good.
The reservices are arranged ok, also good.
Scheduling is a mess, some automatic scheduling constantly overrides the real one.
Technicians’ professionalism went down in the recent year or two - they no longer even check in whether to treat inside, etc - you need to chase them.

They are friendly, reliable and thorough. You can specify specific hot areas/pests and they have the solution with them. Also you can get free touchups if a problem arises between visits.

Tech was polite and efficient

Scheduling was easy & accommodated our needs for a specific day & time.
