Not for me
The person that sold this service to me failed to mention a couple things, the monthly fee and the different types of packages, the fact that it is an 18 month contract was probably my oversight but I doubt it, then their computer glitches (that is what the lady in the office said) and I was being double charged on my house and my mothers house. Now they did work with me to fix the issues, I did get reimbursed for the double charges, and they did drop the monthly fee, I personally will not have them back, a very unpleasant 18 month experience.

Aptive provides a solid service
Aptive provides a solid service, no complaints about the product. Where they fall short is the scheduling, a mess. Customer service is responsive and accommodates revisits easily. The scheduling mix ups and timing between visits is unpredictable. Up until our last visit all the techs have been polite and professional. The last tech was a train wreck. I was having a conversation with my husband about the timing between visits and she overheard inserted herself and stormed off announcing she was going to call her supervisor.My husband walked out to the truck to speak with her and she was rude. She showed our service history and then drove away. I had to leave for a business trip and was gone a week. No email from the supervisor but now my account is on hold. Keep in mind every visit comes with a hefty $139 price tag which is auto charged within 15 minutes of service completion. I would have expected an email explaining what actions were taken and why. I never raised my voice but I was clear when she started commenting that I was speaking to my husband and Aptive routinely scheduled visits with a month of the previous visit. I would like to understand what is in my contact for visit timing. If we re open our account, I never want that tech at my house again. She was petulant and rude. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but she can have her outbursts elsewhere . I signed up for a drama free experience

If I could give it a zero I would
If I could give it a zero I would. Today I was told that I would get service between 8am and 5pm. This is the first service since they canceled my service unexpectedly in June. When a tech did. It arrive l, I called at 4:15 pm to make sure someone was coming. The customs Sevice told me tha the service was canceled because a tech was delayed at another home. I would not have found this out if I did not call. They did not send me a text or call me about the service being canceled (for the second time in a row). When the rep tried to escalate to an operations manager, I was told that they could not get a hold of one. Regardless, I am in search for a new vendor. I will never, ever give this company any consideration in the future.

Finally someone that took the time needed to accomplish the job
Finally, Kentrel came out and took his time to service my yard properly. I could actually see that he sprayed everywhere and got rid of all of the spider webs. I believe that I will finally see some improvement. I have suffered all summer. Service folks taking all of 5 minutes and are gone only for me to get bitten by spider's ant's mosquito's etc. I called the office and asked that as long as Kentrel works for them, I only want him to service my yard. I also asked for courtesy credit to my account for all the months that I have been paying $100 for nothing. The CSR gave me a $30 credit, but I think you all can do better considering how long I have been a customer. The records and recordings should show the number of times I have had to call in between treatments. This is a shame. It is not supposed to be this way. You should hire more guys like Kentrel!
