The Aptive employee was polite as I talked about our ant problem. He explained exactly what he would do, what to expect and then asked if I had any other concerns. After he left, I walked around. All the windows were clean of cobwebs and neat. I am very pleased.

Not happy
They show up at my house without me being there and without my pets being inside. I still have the black ants which I told them to eliminate and now I have a yellow jacket nest somewhere in my front yard and I really need it eliminated. I need them to let me know when they are coming instead of calling me early in the morning when I’m still in bed I need someone to reach out to me the day before and plan a time

Excellent technician but company has issues. This is the 2nd month in a row that they have had mosquito control on one system but not the technician's requiring texts and phone calls. I pay a fair price so I'm grateful for that.

Excellent service
The service techs always text me to let me know when they will arrive. They arrive on time. They ask about any problem areas I have noticed and we agree on a plan of action. The techs are professional, courteous, thorough, and efficient. I definitely see fewer bugs in and around the house since subscribing to a treatment plan.
