Very happy
We have been using them for a few treatments so far. The staff are very friendly and helpful in answering questions. They do a thorough job. We have seen a large decrease in the spiders and bugs around our house since they started treating.

Aptive is super reliable!
They come when I call no matter if it’s two extra times during heavy ant active months. They take care of the problem and the ants go away. The ants are super prolific during spring and come from anywhere! Aptive finds the trail and follows it back and poof!

Always get the BEST Techs, all have had great customer service skills, and yet very professional. They notify before they arrive and ask for any troubles that may have occurred. Dylan is an Wonderful Employee
Dylan was professional, fast, and very knowledgeable about managing the ant, wasp and stink bug issue we were experiencing . Dylan arrived on time, wore proper protective gear, and did a great job cleaning up after the service. The problem was solved immediately!

Michael’s service was disappointing
I was surprised when the technician refused to spray the rocks underneath our deck. None of your other techs have refused to either spray or use granules to get ahead of the bugs that breed & spread. He didn’t bother to treat on our deck where the house & deck meet. All your other techs have done so. I was disappointed in his service yesterday. Please do not send him to my home again.

The communication and service is awesome!! I’ve had another company for almost 20 years and they don’t do nearly what Aptive does. Aptive sends texts about showing up, pictures of what they did, asks if there is anything they need to focus on, etc. Great service for a good price!!
