Cancellation fee is unacceptable
I did not see any significant improvement in the infestations to our home. Plus, I think you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging a fee for discontinuing services.
I would not only not recommend your service, but I would warn my friends of your discontinuation fee.

Needed protection from ants..didn't get it
I told my provider that I wanted the interior of the house sprayed for ants. When I asked after he was done what he did, he changed one word of the previous text from rodent to ant and resent it. That is not the correct answer. I don't expect a form letter as a response when I ask a question. Not only that, but that night, I had ants in multiple rooms of my house. Apparently he only sprayed in one corner of the living room but neglected all other areas. So no, not happy.
