Techs do an excellent job. They are very detailed in their scope of work and always check in for concerns they should pay more attention to. You raised your price. The chemicals that you used in our house were very strong and offensive to older people. We are both 85.
I consider it unethical, but you shortened my visit dates and I had to call and talk through a longer time between services. This was several months ago.

Used to have aptive pest control. Did not continue service because of unreasonable price, lack of consistency with service, and ineffective treatment. Salesman came to my home to try to renew services and was very hostile and unprofessional. Called customer service to report and they were not helpful. Do not recommend.

I would not recommend this company to…
I would not recommend this company to anyone! They should list themselves as a spray company because that’s all they do. They do not do an inspection of the home to assess for pests. They literally come and spray around and leave. When you ask them for more services the technicians are visibly annoyed and refused my services. Had them come back multiple times to address a beehive and ants and the ants are still here and they did not spray after bee removal, so those came back too within a day. Horrible company.
