I purchase a Wilderness ive had 3 so far after sending 2 back am on my 3rd ment to be one of premium boards but is not !!

discovered a leak from deformed rubber under the valve at the back if the board they accepted the fault and took the board back

Used lots of cheap glue to sick parts together cutting corners to get them out the door.

My Friend had an aquaplanet for 3 years and is still going solid my conclusion is that they are cutting corners on cost and unfortunately the quality is slipping and getting worse unfortunately.

My order was processed very promptly. Unfortunately something was missing from the box but when I contacted Aquaplanet, the very helpful staff sorted it very quickly and the missing part arrived the next day.

Promptly dealt with my order. Came well packaged and fully functional.

Really happy with my purchase. Had our maiden voyage on Friday and I’m still beaming 😁

Well, as a company I think they're alright. However unfortunately I've recently had a bad experience with a hurley board from them, and after trying to submit a bad review on the website (there it is, submit a review, it needs to be approved), it's clear they aren't approving any of the low star reviews. So don't trust the website reviews, they seem to only show the 4 or 5 star ones.

They've been relatively good at communicating through my complaint however very quick to avoid me using my warranty on a clearly very bad quality hurley board. They've sent me glue to fix it myself but that doesn't vox the rips and cosmetic damage that has been caused by this clearly issue ridden board. Unfortunately because if this I won't be recommending them to anyone. I don't think they're a bad company and wouldn't be able to comment on their boards, but I've just had a personally bad experience so won't be going back, sorry.

Not needed to buy anything from Aquaplanet for a while, so great to find service and quality are as good as ever. Bought a very good value replacement rucksack for my iSUP so I can take it to Greece this summer. My 10'6" board fits in easily with pump, paddle, some clothes, an extra kayak paddle and toiletries, shoes etc. Who needs a suitcase?!

Item is as expected (dog not sure but at least it helps with her safety!) delivery was next day (very impressive), customer service brilliant (thanks, Anne-Marie!).

The ordering process was simple and delivery was prompt. The discount of 10% was most welcome.

Love my new Aquaplanet board. It’s exactly as described but even more gorgeous than the photos. As a beginner my first time using it was a breeze. Really easy to get started. The kit including a dry bag is a lovely touch. Everyone loved it and wants their own. Ordering and delivering process was brilliant. Very happy.

I bought a 2 person Kayak so I could have friends along too as well as being solo.
Used it once so far but only had it for a week.
Takes about 10 minutes to unpack and inflate add the seats etc. still need to mess with the seats as the front paddler doesn’t have much room for their feet but as I said before not had it long.
Light to carry if you are on your own.
Feels stable and enjoying it so far.
No issue with delivery.
I paid for next day delivery, no issue.
Good price I think for what you get.

Excellent service, responded next day to my request for a spare part and shipped it out same day. After sales service second to none, this is the second time in 4 years I have had to contact them with an issue and they sorted out straight away. This is a company that clearly values its customers, would highly recommend.

Only used my canoe once but loving it. Easy to assemble, very sturdy and lots of fun.

Excellent from start to finish. The price was brilliant for a start. Delivery quick and parcel left in a sensible place which is a bonus!
Kayak was surprisingly easy to inflate and put together, the pump is quick and accurate. The carry bag is huge so easy to stow a damp kayak quickly. I tried it tonight, a joy to use, I’m sure I will be able to use it without assistance.

I’ve got the Aquaplanet Stinger board. Beautiful board. But after six months the first board all the foam started to peel off. They had it back and it came back to me the same. It hadn’t been touched. So eventually I sent that one back again and got a replacement. Second board has been fab, until again just over six months and all the foam pad is coming off. But now I’m out off the original warranty I can’t get it fixed. They have sent me the glue tho to fix myself. So that’s good. But I’d say be careful as something must be wrong with their glue for the pads. Or am I doing something totally wrong ???

Every purchase I have made from Aquaplanet has been good quality and the product information is spot on and accurate. The deliveries have been either on time or early and easily tracked to the nearest half hour I have had many happy hours using my board and would not hesitate to buy more products as I need them
