The delivery service is excellent! It usually takes you 4-5 days for delivery but they never miss the schedule. I’ve tried 2 company and find AquaPlus way more reliable.

This Company breeds on lies. Extremely unreliable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Been with them for years and this happens every time I need water. I keep on chosing them due to the alkaline water, but I rather not have it. There are set days of water delivery, i message them the day before to ensure the next day delivery. they confirm on the message, however the water never gets delivered. I receive an automated message about the security in my building didn't let them in my apt. I know it's not true because they call everytime I have a delivery and I checked the log entry and aquaplus courier was never in the building.
Customer service never gave me an answer. Now they stopped responding.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 13 bottles of water. 3 turned up as per the email. The other 10 which were supposed to be delivered on the 6th turned up on the 9th. I called customer services on the 6th asking if the delivery was coming. The bloke on the phone said let me check and I'll call you back. Guess what? They never did. Totally ignored me. Buy elsewhere if you can.

The delivery drivers left my water bottles at the door while I was at a pilates class. There is never any set time for delivery, so even though I was home all day from 8 am to 5 pm, I only stepped out for a one-hour class. They called me once and then just left these huge bottles at my door. I live alone, and as a woman, how am I supposed to carry three 18-litre bottles upstairs by myself? I will never order from you again. I always tipped your drivers generously, but this should never have happened!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Aquaplus UK, the water itself has a good taste similar to aquaviva. An 19.9l bottle lasts around a week mainly because there is more people. Delivery may take up to 5 days so order ahead, I've spoken to two kind gentleman over the phone so overall it's good service.

Terrible customer service and delivery, i placed my order on 14/06/23 for Storm water cooler and 3 water bottles, i hadn't received my order so called on 22/06/23 to be told that my order hadn't even been dispatched yet and that i would receive a phone call in a few minutes to let me know when order would be sent out, this didn't happen and i had to call them back to be told, that my order would be dispatched the following day and i would recieve a telephone call on 23/06/23 to let me know that it had been done, again this didn't happened.
I wouldn't place an order with this company again.
It shouldn't take that long to dispatch an order, considering your website states next day delivery, had i known this was going happen i would of never placed my order with this company and placed it with another reliable company.
This is the longest time over the past 6 months that ive had to wait this long for an order and your company is based on London not out of the uk.
