Very pleased
Delivery was great. Came earlier than expected and the driver was great. He unloaded the tub and moved it to the side yard by the fence. Only had for 5 days but the tub is great so far. Heated up fast and works well. Only issue is the water flow pushes you out of your seat which is not a bad thing.

I have not received my hot tub yet. I have waited a month for it to arrive but finally had to call them. They now have to wait till we are home from vacation.

Bought my hot tub on May 1
Bought my hot tub on May 1, with a six to eight week lead time. Just found out that has expanded to 9 weeks … unless I pay a few hundred bucks more.
I can’t afford that. Will I ever see the hot tub I already paid $2800.00 for?

I do apologize for any delay you may experience. The AR-300 has been posted up to an 8-week lead time and is currently at an 8-week lead time. That is always an estimate, as factory direct shipments are based on manufacturer capacity.
All of these times are posted on the product page so customers can have a clear estimate of what to expect. We have done our best to be clear of the costs and the times to ship for all of our orders.

Shipped very fast and the communication was great. Easy set up and all questions were answered quickly. High quallity hot tub, I have had it only for a week but have been in it everyday with no problems. I purchased the Premium 300 2 person and I'm 5'11" and on the left side I can lay back up to my neck and on the right side I can sit with my legs fully extended.
Have it plugged in and it's working great.

Prices for accessories seem a bit high!
While I am generally satisfied with the products, I must mention that the prices for accessories seem a bit high. Additionally, I noticed that there are no replacement cartridges available for sale for the Bromine Floating System chemical kits, which is why I'm rating my experience with three stars.

I have not received the product yet. We're over our 4 week ship date and as of yet no word on when it will be shipped. Some communication would at least be nice, but that seems to much to ask.

I hope you have reached out to us about your order, as I do not have enough information to look up your status. However, the spa ships in 4 weeks...not delivers.
If you order factory direct, it takes 4 weeks for production, and then it ships. You should have tracking by email, so let us know if any of this is not accurate...thanks!
I guess I'll use my hottub on the curb
It was very upsetting to find out that this company uses a 3rd company for shipping which only curbside deliveries. They need to change that because I found myself having to hire a moving company that would bring it inside our yard.
