Very poor customer service. Take ages responding and when they finally do, they basically dance around the questions you've been asking them for the past 4 emails. They seem clueless. Won't be using them and to be honest, their clothing is cheaper on other sites. Total waste of time. Don't bother with them and completely avoid.
so far very bad ,they are not able to accept and progress my returned item !!!! paid with klarna and just informed klarna about the return !!! they keep telling me to close the dispute with klarna before they accept my return!!! there was no dispute in the first place just the information to klarna will return the item that they hold my payment !!! waste of time so far

Hi all- I placed an order on 22/01/2024 and paid a delivery fee of £25 - since then I’ve had my delivery rescheduled by fedex 5 times - tried speaking to aquascutum active and they just keep replying every time my order is seemingly placed on a fedex van only to receive a mail from FedEx about 4 hours later giving me a new delivery day .
Absolutely disgusting service especially having paid delivery fee …
My advise if you want any aquascutum shop and buy it in person - it’ll give u more satisfaction than negotiating with aquascutum(based in Italy) & FedEx with neither caring an iota..
