Bought a lightweight aquascutum jacket. all 3 zips (2 pocket ones) continuously catch on the fabric. I have just had to open the pocket zip which was caught again and have ripped the fabric. Do not buy this low grade jacket. Go to Primark for better quality!!

Purchased the RLG Packable Trench and the materials are cheap and almost like a bin bag. No surprise that after a few wears the jacket ripped. Sadly the quality of the product is lacking and the durability and premium product that was associated with Aquascutum no longer is true. Tragic as what was once a British legacy brand is no more and service and quality are lacking.

When the item arrives I'm sure it will be good quality...it's more about delivery and customer service! I ordered a £69 scarf and paid nearly £11 delivery!!!!! Which is extortionate for such a small item, I paid it as they said it would be with within 5 days...3 weeks later no scarf, I have emailed them...no answer! This terrible customer service and definitely won't be ordering anything else. Avoid if need your item within a month.

Bought 2 tshirts and a hoodie. Lovely quality as always but definitely not regular fit as stated. Slim fit unfortunately. Should have guessed when I found out it is made in Italy now. Shame.

I love this coat! Their tailoring is impeccable. They fit me perfectly and match my style. I bought a couple of raincoats and a coat. Very satisfied with purchase and service.
