Excellent customer service! I bought a bikini top that did not fit me right. The customer service was fast and very helpful in finding a top that does fit. Next to this they have great quality and it is an environmental conscious company.

Customer service really bad have been trying to email their support team to return a bikini multiple times and no response.

I love the brand , I have three swimsuits. Wonderful quality , comes with a bag to keep your wet swimwear . Customer care is amazing ! They sent me new top with no extra charge , because the one I purchase is too big for me . I’m so pleased , will definitely purchase more and recommend to my friends . Price is also great , you can afford to have several and enjoy their amazing quality and service . Love it!

My package came on time and all swimsuits are really good quality! The material is thick and the colours are exactly as shown. They are also very flattering. I would recommend!

My swimsuit bottoms stitching came apart on arrival. Didn't even wear it, just fell apart in my hands. Sent an email and photo immediately and they eventually stopped responding to me. When I realized I hadn't received a refund I chased up but they would only offer 30% back because they thought it had been too long and wouldn't refund the cost of the seamstress even though their website states you can get a full refund. Why should I cover the cost of a seamstress on a swimsuit that fell apart in my hands??? They offered to replace it but I had already gone on both trips I purchased it for and didn't feel comfortable wearing a bikini bottom which was likely to fall apart and leave me exposed on the beach.

Love this brands bikinis! Great quality and super flattering! I will definitely be buying again in the future.

Update:
Aqua Tropics team has been very helpful in solving this issue. They reached out to me and were able to inform me that the sets, although both named medium blue are not the same colour. It baffles me as to why they would be named the same colour, but that’s okay. The support team sent me a new bikini free of charge and it is good quality material, and fits well.

Old review:
I ordered a bathing suit from them, both in medium blue. The pieces came in a MONTH, which is way over their estimated delivery time. The items are both different tones and shades of blue and they will not get back to me about facilitating a return. I am quite unhappy and will not recommend this brand to anybody.

I bought the Costa brava set and I tried on Barcelona, was amazing, I felt how the eyes were on me 😳🧡 good quality and super comfortable to wear ❤️🧡🫶🏻 love it 🤎

Great quality and beautiful print! I love the cut of the bottoms. They are cheeky but not too cheeky and the sides lay high on the hips which was what I was looking for. The fabric is durable and unique. I will be purchasing from them again in the future

DO NOT PURCHASE : You will pay 45$ for a SHEIN swimsuit! I bought one and found out my friend had the EXACT same one (we compared everything) but she bought it on Shein for 5$. Do NOT buy from them.

Beautiful bikini, in love with its color 🖤, it fits well, really comfortable, and is well made. Delivery very rapid (about 5 days).

I give this brand a 10/10. I have many bikinis from this brand and fhey fit very well. I either size up or buy the adjustable one and i’m always very satisfied.

Delivery was relatively quick even as overseas. The fits & colours are amazing!!
