I thought Aquiline was the delivery company (not just tracking) and was confused when the recipient got a package from Amazon (I had ordered it through E-Bay). I was concerned that she didn't get the gift. Aquiline was extremely responsive and helpful in sorting out the issue.

I did not expect much, I was pleasantly surprised. I got emails that kept me informed of the progress and I know exactly when my item was delivered.

My package arrived on time and the packaging came undamaged. Fast shipping as well. I would recommend

Hi! Here’s the report you requested. Only two of the six items we ordered (plastic storage containers) have arrived. (Also the AQ tracking was always a day late and thereby not useful.) Please have the remainder of our order delivered ASAP!? (And kindly give us a direct tracking code like USPS or ups, thanks.) please help get our purchase delivered now? thank you very much

My item was subjected to repeated failed delivery attempts to a 24-hour pickup point and it went on for over 2 weeks. Finally the item is listed as "delivered" but it isn't delivered, the pickup point has never heard of Aquiline, and they have no items sent to my name.

There is no way to contact them to find out what went on nor where the item is. Utterly useless.

Had never used or heard of them before but had no problems,delivery was quite fast no issues.

Fast delivery even to remote area.most delivery company's drop my items off at the wrong address and I have to go look for it.

I had never used Aquiline before this delivery from ebay. The tracking number was provided the same day, always knew where my package was and I received my package a day early. The package was left exactly where it was supposed to be and unlike other companies the box wasn't crushed or damaged.
