More than 3 days no response from customer service i sent them email and sent them on whatsapp no answer ,they restrict my account without any reason

Charged me 120$ and told me they declined.
Support writes only copypasta, and it takes up to 14 days to get the money back, get your site fixed and check the payment before charging!

The customer service supervisor Mohammed contacted me on WhatsApp and solved all my problems on the site, he was very polite and professional. That was the best experience for me with any customer service.

Although my account fully verified but my order canceled two times and the amount deducted from my visa card !! And their reply I should wait 14 days for refund !!

The customer service supervisor called me and discussed the problem with me and now I'm waiting for refund from my bank

in conclusion, my experience with ARPAY has been one of the worst I have encountered. The repeated order cancellations, coupled with the lengthy refund process and subpar customer service, have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly caution others against engaging with this company, as they appear to lack the fundamental qualities required for reliable and customer-centric service.

Very bad customer service. Not cooperative at all. Cancelled my order from their side after deducting the amount and asked to wait for 14 business day to return the amount

After the communication and efforts of ar pay customer service

I was facing a problem, which was that the amount was deducted from my account as a result of the transaction failure, and I did not receive my gift cards

I was contacted by phone, email, and WhatsApp to solve the problem, and I was provided with a reference number for the transaction to contact my bank.

The support teams were very cooperative with me and I am waiting for the money to be returned

Good company, good prices, but please make other discounts, and also the problem of running out of cards, please solve it

The experience is very good the website has no problems , trusted and the maintnance doesn’t take alot of time to be fully functional again . You may notice an “out of stock “ phrase on the card that takes two to three days to buy again , it would be much better if it takes less time to buy again, that’s the only note i have otherwise it’s very good website

I took Apple Itunes worth 100 aed and the voucher you give me was invalid and I lost that 100 aed ... When I emailed you regarding this , you just closed the ticket
