Complete scam

It's hard to imagine that this company is anything but a scam. There is no clarity about where anything is, when things will be delivered, and they log fake "attempts at delivery" on their website that I can prove didn't happen. Avoid at all costs.

Wish there's a SUB- ZEROOO rating

Wish there's a SUB- ZEROOO rating. One of the worst couriers to deal with. I have been trying to arrange a collection for the last 2 weeks with no success. They dont pick up the pick up the phone at all and the other departments are as useless- whats is the point of having departments that dont communicate with each other? I have filled 2 online forms and have the reference for my cases but does this matter? of course no. Good to see that its not only me and it seems that their management is in deeeeep sleep. Well done Aramex , your ignorant & useless staff are letting you down.

Aramex are a rip off awful company.

Aramex are an awful company. Prepare to be ripped off.

I ordered goods from China which took forever to arrive in the UK with Aramex . Then i got an email and sms from Aramex saying duty needs to be paid, fair enough... however Aramex then charged me an admin fee if 15 pounds and another tax on top of that again and held my package until it was paid.

I paid the full amount including their disgraceful 15 pound admin fee and the tracking still shows that I need to pay their demand and the package is on hold in a UK warehouse. Its paid ... yet they still keep me waiting after extortion of admin fees.

So they hit me with stealth admin fees and taxes which are 50 percent of the total of the customs duty fee and then they still leave me waiting for my parcel and don't update their systems.

A disgraceful company. If yiubuse Temu or Alibaba etc then ask the seller not to use Aramex or you'll be stung with stealth unreasonable charges and delays and left frustrated.

I feel violated, ripped off and frustrated after being held to ransom with Aramex profiteering charges. There's simply no way I should have to pay a courier a huge admin fee when I'm being charged duty . Even D1ck Turpin wore a mask.

Never had to chase a parcel so hard like thanks to Aramex UK

where do i start with this awful excuse of a company.

This incompetent company unfortunately had the honor of sending my parcel from Saudi Arabia to the UK. They did an ok job of it but passing it onto the next incompetent company called DPD (will cook them in a separate post)

Turns out DPD lost my parcel but Aramex did a shocking job of helping me locate it.

First of all such a hard company to get ahold of, phone numbers on their official site don't work, I send them an e-mail...no reply. Contact on social media? forget about it. Eventually I make a few calls and find their telephone number (01753210500 for those unfortunate enough to be caught up in the tomfoolery of this "shipping company"

The people that answer the phone are more confused than a homeless man on house arrest, constant contradiction, lies and failure to provide information on a parcel that I paid money for. You always have to chase them up because there is no way these lot will call you to provide an update. These muppets along with DPD can't get their stories straight on a simple parcel.

One company says we're conducting a parcel search and will be complete in 7 days and the other says we have no results for the parcel search when they are in constant communication with each other.

It's been 23 days and I still haven't had a concrete answer on where my parcel is. These guys really don't care and make it as difficult as possible for you to get answers.

If you are ordering from a site please make sure they don't use this company as if you are unfortunate enough not to have received your parcel then you might as well start claiming for a refund cause the parcel is gone.

Awful company, hope they don't expand over the UK.

Dodgy business with incompetent staff

Stolen package

I tracked my shipment all the way from Singapore to their office. Someone scanned it at the Aramex depo, than 4 hours later updated the status from “recieved” to “not recieved”.
Impossible to reach anyone who can check on it. The dedicated lines are not even working.
Have to go trough Paypal for refund.

Update:
After investigating the company I got a phone number to call without registering:
01753 210500
When someone finally answers they are the most akward people to deal with.
Barely speakimg, quiet girls and they obviously not sure why they are sitting there.
Usually transfer you after couple of minutes as they are really incompetent.
After few holds and transfers somone will give you am explanation then makes a a
selfconflicting statement.
I was thinking “What the…” is going on with this company?
Eventually the parcel turned up but I will pay more for DHL next time.
These are Yodel level clowns.
Avoid them if you can be cause the delivery is depending on luck mostly.
Since I have the parcel in the end (plus after wasting one or two hours) I give them two stars.
The great news is that there is only improvement from this level.

Avoid at all costs - they add charges

Scammers who add charges to whatever customs added up.
I managed to get the customs invoice from an Aramex employee as they charged me half of the parcel's value. When I could see a discrepancy in the value they charged to what customs charged them, they stopped answering my calls.
Avoid at all costs.

Avoid Aramex…

Aramex was contracted by Etsy to deliver a parcel to me. On Saturday 10th Feb they sent a message to Etsy to say the parcel had been delivered. I was home and it wasnt. I used the tracking number and input it to the Aramex website. It said it had been delivered to my home. I tried using the site to submit a query but when I pressed Submit nothing happened. Scrolling their website provided no options to contact them. It kept freezing. Reverting to Etsy they took 6 days to tell me it had been delivered by DPD to a store. So I went to the store to find it not there. I then searched the web for an Aramex phone number and after a few calls got through to someone who denied that they said they had delivered it. She told me the process is that they advise the customer of the store it was sent to and that they need to get a DPD pick up code to collect it. How would I know this??
So they have a system in place but their website fails to communicate it to the frustrated buyer of the goods. In fact it tells you something has been delivered when it hasn't!

They sent me link to pay taxes, however the link gives me error - its been 5 days, customer support just apologising and not doing anything - I keep on receiving wrong link. Advised to go and pay at the office - drove 1 hour to be told that actually i cant pay it at their office. This is just ridiculous!
