Fabulous poncho
I absolutely love my poncho. I have the oatmeal one. It’s a perfect fit and beautifully made. It’s soft round the neck. It’s going to be perfect from now right through the winter. It’s so lovely that I want to get another in a different colour. I needed to check something and customer services were pleasant and efficient. A great company

Not disappointed at all
Really pleased with this purchase. Exactly as described and photographed. Arrived very quickly,securely packaged and nicely folded. I've put a little stitch in mine on either side because i didn't want it 'flapping about' and preferred it slightly anchored down which makes it even more warm and snuggly. Love it.

I am completely deceived because it's not indicate that I will have to pay the V.A.T fee, in addition to the custom fee as I am from Belgium. So, the beanie cost me the triple. When I sent a message to Aran Tradition nobody response to me. Concerning the product, I already know the quality as I had one before. I booked a new as I sadly lost the previous one.
