The five star reviews on here are paid for. This company is a scam and the people in it fraudsters. The website says under new ownership but the scam is the same. I purchased a hefty purchase over weeks ago and have not received any goods or had a reply from them.

They take your money and god knows what they do with your credit card details .

Now in lengthy process with the credit card fraud team and consumer protection & trade standards
I will have this business closed down

Do not engage
Nothing you reply to my review with change the fact that you are frauds, so don’t bother trying to defend yourselves . Criminals like you are what kills consumer confidence to shop on line

Do not order from this Company, they sent us a broken mirror and have been ignoring all our messages. They say to use their online returns form which you have to fill in 7 days, I tried to fill it in and it said my time has elapsed and its only been 1 day. I am going to report them to trading standards

I am currently being ignored, luckily I paid with paypal, so I am praying they can get my money back.

Stay away it is a scam. You will never receive your goods. Nobody will answer your emails also

Huge fan, great customer service and unique products. Even when brexit caused shipping delays, they were constantly in communication and gave me options. I’ve been shopping with them since 2017 when we moved to Chester and now that we are in London, I love being able to shop online. Thanks ArbolHouse!

Great company to buy from, unusual products that are well made and delivered fast when you need them. The customer service i received was exceptional, big shout out to Hanna who went above and beyond in my opinion to make this a great shopping experience thank you. I Would deffinatly recommend and buy from this company again. The bench i bought looks amazing.
