We contacted Arbour Living to help optimise our garden living area. Ben came out promptly to survey the area and was incredibly professional, detail-oriented and thorough in his work. He was always available to answer any and all questions we had, and provided us with his expert opinion to help guide our design. His excellent and efficient service was very much appreciated as he provided us with a multitude of different quotes with nothing being too much trouble. We are very grateful for all his efforts and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you very much!

Ben came measured up and gave us a quote we left it while and there was no pressure "Just contact me when you ready "which I did.
DEC and JOE were the fitters and were perfectionists.

The guys from Arbour were great, the chaps who installed our veranda were friendly, tidy and kept us informed about what they were doing. The new space has been really useful expescially when people are round. would really recommend them

We have had a glass veranda with doors supplied and fitted by Arbour Living. We love it there have been a few glitches but they have been sorted. Ben and Neil have ensured that all have been completed with the minimum of fuss to a high standard.

We are loving our new veranda. The fitters Joseph and Jonathan were a great couple of lads and did an amazing job. I would 100% recommend that you ask for them to fit it.

Nothing was too much to ask of them! Being wheelchair bound I had requirements that needed to be considered in my room. Ben was really thorough with all the measurements to make sure that I can use it as I want. The people who came to fit it were very friendly to me and left everything very neat and tidy. We had these guys round last year to give us a price for a canopy over our patio. Recently went ahead and had it put up, very pleased with arbour and the lads who fitted it. Ben was really helpful throughout!

So when the guys gave me a quote for my structure I thought Mmm. I had already been quoted by 2 other national companies asking for double the amount quoted by Arbour
I looked at past reviews and decided that despite my reservation I still felt that I would get exactly what I had asked for
The time between quote and installation was appx 6 weeks
I wasn’t disappointed the team arrived on time. All materials were on site. And they even dismantled my old gazebo to make way for the new glass verandah
From start to finnish the guys were friendly professional and did a fantastic job. All with quality as promised.
I’m so happy with my new glass verandah. I can now be outside no matter what the weather. My cat Rosie is now a favourite visitor now in fact I sometimes think she prefers it to being inside now.
I can’t remember all the guys names but thanks to Ben Neil John and the nice young boy that was hoping to propose to his girlfriend on holiday. I hope she said yes 🙏

A first class experience from first contact to completion. Neil / Ben and the whole team were informative, honest and reliable from start to finish.

When Ben came to our house he explained everything from what options would be best for our area. He showed us all the various choices and colours of the structure the solid wall and roofing. Nothing was too much trouble and the quote was emailed very quickly and the price was competitive and reasonable for the quality of product supplied.

Any location is within their remit to supply and fit and there was no hard sell to have the additional extras that were available so whatever your budget even to supply only was available.

We bought a Bosco veranda from this company and a rattan furniture set. They delivered and arrived to put it up when they said they would, all was smooth from start to finish. Can’t recommend Arbour Living enough, thank you again!
