We are a charity that spent thousands with Arbtech. We wanted a recalculation of a report they did urgently, they sent us the old report and then delayed the new one. The recalculation figures were also the same. An awful experience.

Very efficient service. Communicated well through out the process and did a great job within the proposed time period.

I have used Arbtech several times and like to think I am an established Client. The Consuotants are always on the ball, very professional and efficient. No complaints with the that at all.

The only annoying aspect is that as an established Client, you have to go through the very tedious exercise of survey booking forms with every new job. There must be an easier way of dealing with this.

The consultant briefed me well, before the survey, turned up on time, and produced a thorough and professional report.

Arrived punctually and provided the Tree Survey the same day.

This firm are very good at what they do and the reports are received promptly.

Do not use Arbtech- terrible company ripping people off.

We booked a preliminary Roost survey for the 9th May 2023 with Arbtech, but had to cancel the survey due to our Planning application. We did this over the phone on the 25th April 2023 which was seemingly accepted by the employee, and were never once made aware of any cancellation fees and/or that cancellations HAD to be made in writing.

The ecologist then turned up at our house whilst we were out on 16th May 2023, a date which was not pre-agreed with ourselves, nor did we receive any booking confirmation.

We have now been charged the cancellation fee of £323.40 and have been pointed to one line within their 4,233 word terms and conditions document. Be warned! DO NOT book with Arbtech.

The service received was exceptionally quick and most importantly professional. New instructions followed quickly and I would highly recommend using Arbtech.

In addition, the report itself was very well prepared and covered all pertinent issues associated with the development.

The officers are nice and work efficiently. However, the survey was two and half hours delayed. The work should be on time and done well to worth the price of the report. I hope we can have it on time if we can to you again next time.
