A very professional company. They work with the customer to find solutions to both protect and augment wildlife whilst identifying strategies to permit a development to continue. We had several species of bats roosting in our house and also two maternity roosts. You read horror stories of not being allowed to undertake any work on your own property due to the presence of bats. This is not the case. Employ Arbtech Consulting and they will work with you to find a solution. Don't leave engaging the experts until the eleventh hour. Think ahead and any delays to planning applications can be largely avoided or minimised. Excellent company, who I would absolutely recommend.

Dealing with the surveyor etc was good and easy but some of the payment admin etc was a little cumbersome.

All very good - communication, arrangements and swiftness of report.
Only thing to comment on was that it took a while to be able to pay for the report, phone line was usually busy. Once I spoke with someone it was sorted out quickly with a call back.

I had no issues with the service from Arbtech - the communication was good, they came when they said they would and the report was with me within a week. Great Service.

very professional, we have used this company at out other 6 schools across the Trust, they have always been consistence with their advice on what to look for and how to take care of the trees on the schools ground, very reasonable priced also..
