Very helpful and understanding with an injury
I asked Arca to extend a pause period because of an injury. They got back to me immediately and set it all up, no questions asked. It took the stress right out!

one of my best things in CPH
One of the best things that happened to me living in Copenhagen was to train at Arca. The amazing sweet dedicated trainers, the team spirit, the laughs, the sweat, all of it was and is so worth it!! Thank you Arca!

Rocker methodes. I had a subscription and a automatic paiement set up. In the summer, my credit card expired so the paiement for Jully didn’t work. I didn’t receive any notification about that so I didn’t even know there were a paiement problem. And now I receive directly a letter with 300dkk in fees … never saw that before! I cancelled my subscription directly. There is fees on everything in this company. It’s too much

Check in not working
When I was checking in to my class, my app was not working properly so I could not check in before the start of the class. I contacted the customer service, and Paulina was very helpful in registering my attendance at the class.
