It will soon be a year since I've joined my fist WOD in ARCA. Since then, I have, based on the app, attended 171 workouts / open gym. Before joining, I would never even remotely have considered being a gym girl. I'm honestly stunned that this random new hobby activity of mine stuck with me for so long, I'm still motivated to show up and don't intend to stop as long as I live in Copenhagen.

Thank you for creating the space, vibe and a system, that works so well. I appreciate the WODs, the gymnastics, the facilities and the coaches. It's such a no-brainer to just show up for the WOD and the coach shows us what to do today - amazing! On top of that, I especially appreciate the fact that I can still beep myself in later, even if I don't manage to do that before the training starts (this is a huge aspect for me) and that the customer support has never let me down.

Thank you and keep up the good work, I'll keep promoting you wherever I go!

I would expected the boxes more clean, there are lint and dust everywhere. Also I would expect more clases in English and more tips from the coaches when I’m not doing the exercise properly
Beside that I enjoy my experience so far

I had an injury that meant I needed to cancel my subscription for a few months. Patrick looked after my case with excellent customer care, with great sympathy for my injury and making sure I didn't lose any money. Definitely plan on coming back! And thank you Patrick :)

I agree with some of the previous comments, facilities are not the best but it seems like there is an intention to improve. Some of the trainers are better than others, so try some out and remember the names of the good once 😊

There is an issue with their paying system. Watch out when you need to change your credit card information. it's now for the third months that I get reminded of failed payment and even though I had updated my payment details already previously and during the two times you have already reminded me via email that payment failed .. and everytime the admin costs on top Why???and now I get a letter from Collectia with an even higher invoice Why??!

Honestly, choose another gym! It's an expensive experience for what it is.

quality of feedback especially from oly classes not good enough. Too many people in the class and if you’re not a beginner you just get a “nice” every lift

Very attentive customer service. They reply fast and their conduct is professional and reliable.

I suspended my membership during the pademic. I did not close it, thinking I might go back. Now I receive a letter from mitcollectia that I own Arca almost 1000 dkk? For what? What service did you provide that you want me to pay for?
Of course, I will make a complaint to all consumer protection services available in DK. And promise to leave a bad review everywhere on the internet.

Customer service has always been super quick to respond and helpful finding solutions. Nothing but good experiences with Arca in general and their employees 👏

The cleanliness of the gyms could be improved, and there seem to be some issues with the air conditioning not functioning optimally. On a different note, Arca has historically been a dependable place where lost items could be easily found. However, this doesn't appear to hold true anymore. Regrettably, I've had a recent experience of misplacing my wedding ring within one of the classes. While I'm quite certain of where I placed it, I'm left with the impression that it may have been taken rather than lost. If there were a viable alternative CrossFit gym, I would be inclined to switch from Arca. Unfortunately, the options in Copenhagen are rather limited in this regard.

I have been training at Arca for 4 months approximately, and my experience has been really good :)
The coaches are very helpful and sweet, and even though it can be a bit scary to be a beginner in the crossfit world, there is room for everybody at Arca. They really help you get started and they correct you as much as needed :D
There is always a nice atmosphere and a good mood.
If there are any issues with the check in or the app, the customer support is fast and supportive, too.

After finishing my membership your are unpleasently surpised that you must pay for two extra months. Arca loves money so much that you have to pay for something you are not even getting from them. Clickbait ad to get started and you're hooked overpaying.

Small box at the post office location with plenty to do. Have to sign up early to participate in any classes as there are a lot of members and due to the size, they can only instruct so many students. Classes are ran pretty much all day so more space would be the next option.

Really great gym, but the classes (at least at Kirken) tend to be a bit too large for the room, especially if anything involves kipping or pullups. It is also very hard to get into the early AM classes, so it would be nice if being on the waitlist didn't count toward the maximum amount of reservations.

I think it is strange to have a fee if you don't show up I mean what if something comes up then you have to pay extra money

The check-in system is not always reliable. The equipment is rather worned out. The facilities are not always very clean.
