Arcade Geeks have done an amazing job on my football inspired personalised machine!! This was an anniversary gift for my husbands man cave. To the colour scheme of the joysticks and buttons the team at arcade geeks listen to every fine detail to make your vision a reality. The sound quality is amazing and the thousands of games you can pick from is crazy! The only downfall is that I can't get my husband to do anything now, he is obsessed! Thank you so much Arcade Geeks you have made the best gift ever :)

Can't thank these guys enough.i ordered one of these game things but iv not a clue but with there help lland the little info I had in what games etc my hubby liked they still managed to sort a machine out to his liking.They delivered it to to Devon and set it up for me. Arcade Geeks provide a good machine, mine is the Space Invaders with 3,500 games, enough for a different one each day for 10 years.

Comms where good during the process and afterwards.

Mine took 3 weeks to come, but was just after Christmas and Covid Lockdown going on.

Ordered a machine for Xmas in mid November , contacted them early dec to confirm spec as I had not had a reply ,got a message to say yes all received and ok ,on 18 th dec some 4 days before delivery contacted them again to be told the date displayed was wrong and it wasn’t their fault and it would be some time in January have a nice Xmas , Don’t trust them with your money luckily bought on a credit card

Purchased a Star Wars machine from Arcade Geeks' shop on ebay. Item delivered bang on time. Easy to put together. Less than 10 mins from being delivered I am playing games on my own arcade machine!
Had a question on sound. Emailed the team and they replied very quickly with advice.
Only problem is deciding on what game (out of 3000+) to play next. Many thanks.

When I bought this the first thing I heard was "why don't you build your own". You can get one of these for around £670 with no added options and to be honest for that kind of money there's no way I could have built anything even remotely as good as this.
The fact is I have a great looking arcade machine that has a ton of games and works really well. If I want to change it later to have a PC running it then there's absolutely nothing stopping me, the cabinet, screen and buttons are all still here.
So whether you want a machine that's good to go or you want to built your own, this is still a great option!

So here's how I rate my experience with Arcade Geeks:
The Good:
The build quality of these machines is simply stunning.
The games, there are 3188 of them. Whilst it does miss one or two arcade classics like Joust and Defender, it does cover mostly everything else.
The customer service, they're incredibly polite, helpful and were infinitely patient with the hoards of questions I asked prior to purchasing one!
The Price: I think for what they're charging it's unbeatable.

The not quite so good:
They made a typo with the delivery and DPD went to the wrong house - They collected it from DPD and delivered it to me personally.
A wire came loose - they sent someone round on a Sunday evening and fixed it for me!
The sound quality... there is a tendency for there to be a fair bit of white noise if you try to crank it up. AT lower volumes it's absolutely fine but it can get a bit messy if its louder.
The Hardware... the computing power is limited and there are one or two games (mortal kombat in particular) that suffer. But it's a very small minority of the games that have this issue.
The scanline generator. If I could have seen it before I bought it I wouldn't have bothered. The lines are fairly unstable and it doesn't really give the "retro feel" I think it was intended to do.

On balance the way they dealt with the couple of issues I had was amazing, the scanline was easy enough to bypass and the sound quality is fine at the volume I'm using it at. So I felt that the positives far outweighed the negatives and they are still thoroughly deserving of a 5 star review!

Glad I bought one and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Just received my 8000 game package and I have to say I’m absolutely blown away by the machine. I went for a custom graphics design and can honestly say it is incredible what the guys have done. The sound and visuals are brilliant,took me back to my childhood.

Ordered our selves an arcade cabinet from arcade geeks after reading the reviews and checking them out on facebook. Was being made over the weekend and one of the guys phoned to check over a couple of details. Arrived in a few days. Top, secure packaging. The Design is fantastic, so much thought into it. Final touches and details are very much appreciated to the edging the screw holes the cable ties- wiring and the decor all highly skilled. Decorated my front room just so it looked the part! Customer service and after care is top notch, they are happy to Help and advise. Highly recommended.

I've dreamed of owning my own arcade machine since I was a kid, but always thought such things were just for the super rich. I bought a Street Fighter cabinet and it's amazing. If you're still on the fence about buying a cab, I seriously recommend checking these out.

Our new arcade turned up last week and it's absolutely fabulous. The build quality of the machine is excellent. It was delivered a week after being ordered, and the packaging it turned up in meant the device was fully protected and very secure during its transit.

The user interface is brilliant and very user friendly. I went for the 8,000 game package, which I highly recommend as has all of the old Sega and Nintendo games on there, as well as all of the old classic arcade games.

This arcade machine will bring a lot of fun for my household and our friends for years to come, and it's great to play some of the games that we used to play as kids either in the arcades or on home computers.

I highly recommend Arcade Geeks as the customer service has been top notch throughout the purchase period, and the quality of the end product is amazing. Definitely recommend the "Investment" to treat yourself to one of these machines.

Fab product and service. Guys are really helpful and friendly. New addition to my man-cave has been loved by family and friends alike, bringing back some great memories too. I feel sure if I have a problem or want to upgrade these guys will be ready and willing to help.
